Returned here as requested by management after previous stay was not so good. However, things have changed so much; whole experience was first class. Room...spotless and very pleasing. Evening meal...excellent service and food very impressive. Breakfast...no waiting, well managed and excellent service. Well done to Mr Kettle and his team. AAAA PLUS

A wonderful looking building, we stayed in the new build, our second time of staying here, friendly staff, lovely modern rooms and very spacious, good showers, tea, coffee facilities in room. Very central to Crewe and motorway, lots of places to visit in the surrounding areas.

Been here a number of times, either as wedding guests or on business. Excellent accommodation, conference, wedding reception, catering and leisure facilities, and most importantly, fabulous staff. Highly recommended, and I've always bumped into celebrities when I'm there too!

Plenty of parking is available for guests, which is always a good positive. Climbing the steps into the Reception area almost takes you back to the times when...

Stayed here for just the one night, excellent value as we booked on a deal price. The hotel is beautiful, room was very comfortable and the gym & spa facilities lovely. We also used the restaurant for dinner and would recommend. Lovely stay overall, shame we only booked the one night.
