I have just got back from here after a lovely chilled weekend :) I am a regular visitor and have been for a number of years now, the Staff are always so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, first time I’ve been back since lockdown and I felt very safe and I can tell the staff have worked hard to make it that way for their visitors, as always the hotel was very clean, tidy and comfortable :) will be back towards the end of September :)

good value budget hotel with all the necessary facilities; not many food options locally, only a KFC, so maybe wise to bring something with you. Traffic noise can be a bit high, I used earplugs and had no problem.

We stayed here to break a journey back from the north of Scotland. It's very close to the motorway but still quiet. Check in was quick and fuss free. The rooms are a good size, comfortable and all on one level so no stairs or lifts to deal with. Overall, a fine place for a stopover or if you're in the area.

standard travelodge - pleasant, clean, comfortable and convenient for motorway stop off - not far to go to get to a restaurant for evening meal . Only complaint was the quality of the bedside light which was almost impossible to read by ! I am an addict of reading in bed before going to sleep so it impacted on my stay - but a minor problem - I'll remember to pack a headtorch next time!
