I went to Cambridge on business and stayed at this gem guest house! Mila was very welcoming and accommodating. The area was quiet and the accommodation was very comfortable! The King William IV pub was a 5 minute walk with good food, friendly staff and real ale! Mila provided quality ingredients for breakfast, too, which completed the "home away from...

I was on business and my wife decided to come too. We brought two cars to this very special 5 star one bedroom venue - in effect small cottage - in the beautiful garden of a house. We parked our cars in the courtyard surrounded by flowering plants and enjoyed a bottle of champagne for Mother day. What a special...

The title says it all really. I'm working hard to find Cambridge and Peterborough based clients just so that I can stay over at The Blue Cow. It IS that good. I realise that reviews like this can sound a bit samey and perhaps unrealistic so, I've wracked my brains trying to think of something that The Blue Cow may...

Just got back from a lovely weekend away at the blue cow. We felt right at home as soon as we went in the door. It was lovely to be able to make our own breakfast when we wanted. The accommodation was lovely and lots of thought had gone into making the place extra special (slippers, dressing gowns and products)...

Please read the previous 30 reviews, for details, I usually spend ages detailing why something is good or bad, but honestly, this accommodation is marvellous, and every little bit of praise that has gone before is completely accurate. We stayed 28th August as we could not get in for our 25th wedding anniversary, which we spent in another hotel, (the...

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying here in May this year we rarely (well hardly at all) have time just as a couple as we live apart and have our own children. I scrolled through the internet trying to locate a romantic, peaceful 5* guest house/hotel when I came across The Blue Cow, which even on the...

The Blue Cow is a beautifully decorated and very well appointed cottage. The furnishings are all comfortable and really well chosen, with the overall impact of feeling at home and in luxury at the same time. The breakfast was plentiful and we loved getting to make it on our own. The food was delicious and guests could easily use the...

The blue cow was a great find. Mila was lovely and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Transport links are great and the pub down the road was delicious! We hope to be back again soon and will be sending the parents up for a relaxing break.

Echo all the good stuff written here - Mila is lovely, the accommodation excellent, bed super-commfy, breakfast spot on and good dinner options a short walk away. This will be my first choice in the Cambridge area from now on.
