I had the corned beef hash for breakfast. Was a little disappointed that it wasn't grated corned beef but julienne sliced deli meat. None the less it was a great breakfast with all fresh ingredients. Service was great as well.

Rolled into Atikokan with the crew looking for a spot to eat lunch. White Otter was recommended by the boys at the Beer Store across the street. Burgers were great, especially the Castle Burger (10oz of pure joy). Friendly wait staff and cold Canadian beers. What more could one want!

We have used this hotel for our entry stop into Quetico Provincial Park on several occasions. It is not fancy and I am sure there are ladies out there that would find things not to like about it, but if you need a clean bed and a shower - its just right! Staff is friendly too.

Stayed at white otter inn for a couple of days while working in the area. Pretty basic room, which is why I was surprised it was 110 dollars for a double per night. That being said, I had no problems with the WiFi, and the restaurant in the hotel was great.

The White Otter is a rather unassuming looking building located just as you enter Atikokan. Not stayed here, but have eaten in there restaurant. This is not gourmet food, more a posh burger joint, but the food is excellent and very good value. The place is clean and the staff are attentive and very friendly.

$111 for a dingy room that lacked any updated decor! The tv looked like the only update period! Beds were uncomfortable! Comforter was old and ugly! Cracked toilet handle. Shower with cracks and black spots in the grout! If this is the best place to stay in this sad little town I feel embarrassed for the the town!

I've stayed here many times with work over the years. It is the hotel of choice in Atikokan. They have recently (within the last year or two) replaced the carpets in the rooms with a simulted hardwood floor...it's better than the carpets, but I've still noticed soft spots on the floor in certain areas (not a huge deal, just shows...
