My girlfriend and I spent our last evening's dinner in Martha's Vineyard at the Outermost Inn's most spectacular restaurant. The dinner was from a price fixe menu that provided a diverse selection for appetizer, entree and dessert. We enjoyed raw oysters, steak, halibut, all with special little treats between each course. It was an enjoyable evening with delicious food served...

Very good multi course prix fixed meal. Beer and wine available. Good energy and purposeful, precise fare. Vegetarian options. Arrive early for sunset and a nice view. This is a bucket list restaraunt.

We were looking for an escape, after the crowds and traffic of August in Edgartown, where we live, had drained us by the end of summer. It was our Anniversary, so why not escape to the other end of the island? We booked the Lighthouse Room for 2 nights, and made dinner reservations for Friday night at the Outermost restaurant,...

My wife and I decided to visit the Outermost Inn in Gay Head. It's sits at the West end of .Martha's Vineyard and offers spectacular views from its outdoor bar area. It has a reasonable price fix menu and it serves both beer and wine now. For $88.00 a person you a choice of four appetizers , entree, bread, soup...

Five stars does not do this out of the way Inn justice. The food was the best we have experienced in our many years of travel. Outermost Inn is situated a short distance from a cliff overlooking the water with a lighthouse in the background. Rooms are comfortable, have good views, and reasonably priced for what you get. Atmosphere is...

Absolutely loved the Outermost Inn. The property is gorgeous with a beautiful view. Room was spacious and cozy with comfortable beds. The breakfasts were delicious. The owners and staff are above and beyond friendly! Lots to do around the hotel - beach walks, bike rides, island exploring, but it's also the perfect place to sit and read a book on...

I cannot express how thrilled and impressed I am with this place. The food in the am was scrumptious made by the owners (Hugh & Jeannie) and the evening dinner was out of this world by Chef Chris and Kyle. The employees are top notch and Chantelle's smile is contagious. The rooms are great and very clean and elegant. We...

My husband and I recently spent part of our extended honeymoon at the Outermost Inn. We had a lovely time. Breakfasts were delicious and filling. It's located in a lovely part of the island, the part less travelled, so there are no crowds. The Innkeepers, Hugh and Jeanie are lovely people, very warm and friendly. They make you feel like...
