This hotel claims to be a boutique hotel, but it doesn't live up to that claim. First of all, the woman at the front desk claimed to have never received my reservation when I tried to check into the king bed Junior Suite I reserved. When I showed her the email that the hotel sent me confirming the reservation, she...

Starting with the good. Great rooms, clean, well appointed, love the hammock in the room. Beautiful courtyard and dining area. Location was a 10 minute walk to the square and Taverna de Los Frailes was right around the corner. Bad. Second floor rooms you are blessed with roosters next door that crow all day and night, I mean they never...

Great and excellent value for money. Extremely fresh and nice hotel. I was expecting more a "hostel"-feeling but it was really good. And the breakfast was also good, were you could choose from a menu what you wanted (other than fruit , youghurt, croissant, coffee etc.) Good location in nice are that were easy too walk around. Nothing to complain...

We spent just one night here on our way to Merida but would have loved to have stayed longer as it was a lovely hotel and amazing quality for the price. Our taxi from the ADO bus station was inexpensive (40pesos) and we were really delighted when we arrived and walked through the front door to find a gorgeous pool...

We arrived at Casa Quetzal around midnight and had no problems checking in. I am sure it helped that we sent them a quick message earlier in the day that our flight was delayed and would get there quite late. Although we only stayed two nights and were only there to sleep, it was very nice to come home to...

Others have commented on the quite. Well, the night we stayed there was a garage band playing from afternoon until at least 4 am because it was a holiday. That said, we had a restful stay for our one night. Breakfast was simple and okay - nothing special. The hotel did take pity on my spouse and make arrangements for...

I spent one night here in March. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Room was large, clean and comfortable. It even had a hammock! A little street notice, but nothing that kept me awake. Secure parking too. I would definitely recommend this cute hotel to a friend.

Small hotel but great place. We did stop at this small hotel for one night on our way from Cancun to Merida. We were very pleased by the big rooms at a very good price. The breakfast was excellent and healthy. Beautiful inner garden with small pool.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. Unfortunately, the shower was not very good. The breakfast was great and served outside! The location was close on foot to the center of Valladolid.
