We got the Quetzal room at the end of the hotel without A/C however it was fine with all the windows open. The hotel is right in the center of Valladolid, it has plants everywhere, very cute and well decorated. The personnel is very helpful and friendly. I loved one of the decorations the owner had and she called the...

Nice beds, clean rooms and helpful English speaking staff. Located next to a church and it is nice to hear the peacocks in the morning and the church bells. The continental breakfast is reasonable okay.

Our room was very nice but noisy. I'd select a room off the street next time. The grounds are lovely except for the pool which was green and you could not see the bottom. Breakfast was nice, fruit, yoghurt, granola, bread, warm juice, tea and coffee in a beautiful setting. Great beds. Super nice help. The pool was very disappointing...

We loved our one might stay at Casa Quetzal. We wished we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the atmosphere, the gardens and the swimming pool. The rooms were very clean, very large and the beds were comfortable. We also stayed a night at the Meson de Marques on the main square. In comparison, Casa Quetzal is a much...

Great place to stay!! So beautiful. Gardens are lovely. Private and safe. In town, but tucked away in a nice, quiet area. Room was pretty. Locally made furniture, open air flow with open windows, hammock available in room. Breakfast was delicious and again beautiful. Served on a white table cloth, fresh, delicious fruit, yogurt, warm bread, granola, coffee. Staff was...

A very pleasant atmosphere, quiet surroundings, very secure. Nice garden with swimming pool. Breakfast included with more options if desired. Good service too. Far enough from the busy downtown but close enough to walk there too. We have been to Valladolid 8 times and stayed at this small hotel 4 times. We will go there again next time.

In the heat, this beautiful garden and swimming pool was so welcoming. We were delighted with the artful decoration and spacious rooms. Gorgeous beds, hammocks and rocking chairs! Check out the mainly vegetarian restaurant down the street!

We stayed here three nights while in Valladolid. Comfortable rooms that were very clean and well appointed. Had to wait a few moments for hot water, but when it came, it stayed. Nice continental style breakfast served in their lovely garden setting. It's not a luxury hotel, but way better than the average Mexican hotel. Would stay here again.

I LOVE this hotel. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful with an abundance of plants and trees. The pool is small but refreshing. The rooms are clean and big. The staff is extremely helpful. The breakfasts consist of coffee, fresh oj, fruits, yogurt, granola, breads. Very good. Sitting in this courtyard, eating breakfast, sipping coffee, reading my book, taking a dip...

I reserved this hotel because it seemed to be not only nice but also quiet with rooms facing the courtyard. The hotel has really nice interior decorations and beautiful courtyard. Unfortunately 3 or 4 rooms are facing the street. Even if I had direct booking with confirmed "garden view junior suite", they gave me groundfloor street view junior suite behind...
