Great location, great staff, great pool, great restaurant, great price. I have stayed here for 25 years and love it. Location is perfect. Parking is convenient. Breakfast buffet is to die for. TV is good, as is WiFi.

I don't know why this is hotel is ranked so low. We had a really enjoyable stay. Perfect location. Our room was clean and modern and we had a second floor room overlooking the park just as we asked. A small patio with huge French doors, lots of storage, great service, nice restaurant, great staff, beautiful pool. Only negative is...

Had a comfortable stay, Staff helpful, bit basis but value for money, restaurant good, pool very cold. The highlight was being out onto an amazing local tour guide called Alberto who took us to not only the usual historial cites of Chicken Itza and the Cenotes but also took us on an adventure into bats caves where snakes were feeding...

Room 2 at first. Right near the pool lots of kids splashing in the water. The water was making it slippery near our door and our room entrance was getting wet. The inner courtyard is filled with the pool. The Internet was not good and this room too noisy for us adults. We asked and were relocated to room 14...

I loved this Hotel right on the main plaza of Valladolid, Mexico. It had a beautiful garden inside and a restaurant that served delicious meals. The breakfast buffet came with our reservation and we enjoyed every bite. It isn't the Hyatt. It did have a small room air conditioner. It was clean- and small, but great. Because it is on...

An old favorite is showing its age. Right on the main plaza in Valladolid so very convenient to shopping, restaurants and an easy walk to the main market and the cenote and museums. Mostly clean tho a bit shabby in the corners. A lovely open air restaurant as you walk in next to the pool where breakfast is served all...

The hotel was easy enough to find from the ADO once you found someone who was happy to give you directions. We ended up in the "wrong part" of town after a cabbie pointed us there. What an unpleasant fellow (review doesn't accept profanity). Maria de la Luz is in a good location near the square and cathedral (which is...

Don't stay here unless nothing better is available for the price. We both had to stuff our ears with foam plugs at night. The housekeeping left much to be desired. Outside of our room, which we'd booked 6 months in advance-- you might say, they were expecting us-- there were 2 upended beds and some rubbish in the alcove.

Situated directly on Parque Francisco Cantón, this hotel like has the best location in Valladolid. With its arches and central courtyard, the building is a classic Mexican style hotel. The rooms are a little tired with dated air conditioners and low hard beds but I was impressed with the restaurant and my stay at the hotel.

This is certainly a bargain price for a comfortable, clean bed and a fabulous buffett breakfast included. The room and bathroomcould use some updating. The curtains were somewhat falling off the rod. The air conditioner was not working but fortunately the weather was cooler than usual. There are very few outlets in the room for charging electronics. But the balcony...
