The hotel used to be the house of aunt Micha. The warm feeling of a family house has stayed in the hotel ever since. Very good Mexican breakfast. Also the staff puts in a lot of effort to make your stay perfect. A minor point was that the room we stayed in could be a bit less dark. Score: 5/5

Casa Tia Micha is the perfect place to stay in Valladolid. The location is perfect - walking distance to the city center, Cenote Zaci, and the ADO bus station. The rooms in this hotel are clean, air conditioned and have wifi. The owners and staff are some of the friendliest people I've met while traveling. They are quick with dinner... More

We just returned from three nights stay in the Santa Ana room. Immediately upon arrival we were made to feel very welcome and this continued thru-out our stay. The Santa Ana room is spacious and very light and located on the second floor. Great cross ventilation so we did not need the AC. A king bed, dining table, small refrig.... More

We had a room called the Sisal room.It was situated at the end of a small terrazzo which was lovely, two rocking chairs with a table between, interesting photos and artifacts on the walls. We opened the blue door, and WOW!,facing us was a king bed with draperies in either side. To the left was a Roman bath. The furniture was... More

We booked a double room at the beautiful place shown in the pictures. But when we arrived they sent us to another Tia Micha some meters walking to a dark and old bedroom with low wifi signal. We complained but the hotel was full so it was impossible to have another room. It was SO expensive for Valladolid. The day... More

We stayed for three nights in Santa Ana room ( second level), The central location was great for exploring Valladolid, but the courtyard on the second floor ( outside Anta Ana room) and garden felt like a special oasis of calm to come back to at the end of the day. Parking is free, which was very helpful. The breakfast was great, with everything freshly made, and served with great care. The hotel has an amazing charm... More

The staff was very sweet. The room was very nice and modern, though more spare than the pictures. We ate a nice big free breakfast in the beautiful backyard filled with trees and flora. Right next to the town square and other attractions.
