The room had aire conditioning--windows for air flow. The room was a small but very cosy. The hotel is near the beach and has a pool. I was joining family at another location so I did not try the pool. The staff was friendly and helpful and some spoke English. I liked the parakeets singing outside my room. Parking was...

We spent 8 nights here during spring break and it was everything we could want for the price. As other reviews have stated, the room and grounds are extremely clean. The pool is quiet and right on the beach - no jockeying for a lounge chair etc. There are no restaurants at the hotel but it didn't matter because their...

IF you are staying at the Meson de Mita it's because you don't want to pay what the market is asking for good accomodation in the area. It's a basic, budget hotel. Our room was not clean but it was on the large size. The bed was surprisingly soft for Mexico. And yes, it is on the ocean BUT it's...

We have day tripped to Punta Mita before and this time decided to stay a few days as their rates seemed reasonable. Nice location, on the beach, but we did not see any ocean view rooms. Close to all of the main restaurants and beach activities. Our bed was not comfortable. The rooms are Spartan, you'll want to hang on...

This is definitely a 3-star hotel, however within that range it is at the top of its 3-star class and deserves a 5 on TA in the category. I am an accommodation snob, and do not ever book under 4-stars. Due to varying budgets this hotel checked off most of the boxes. I am really glad we stayed here, and...

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! We enjoyed our stay very much for the price. Close to many great restaurants, the beach and public transportation. You can rent paddle boards, surf boards and snorkeling equipment next door. Definitely booking here again!

Stayed for..... 8 times? in 3 years. Family room upstairs with kitchenette is enough for short trip (even longer). Clean and cozy room was by very professional work, every time I felt so safe and relaxed. What do you want more for hotels just steps aside from beach? You feel like it is your home. Perfect for young family, friends....

Visiting here for a post wedding celebration with about 35 people. Most people stayed in the gated community in a rented house or at the St. Regis. I will review the St. Regis in another review. This hotel was MUCH more affordable than staying in the gated community so I stayed here. I was not disappointed but I don't mind...

Far greater than expected. Visited Punta Mita with family, the hotel is very nice, comfortable, clean. The staff is very friendly. The pool is warm, its own beach beautiful. Doesn't have a restaurant, but there are good options walking distance and right aside.

This inexpensive lodging has a friendly staff with clean areas and it is in a nice, central location. The rooms are simple with good air conditioning. Pool towels and coolers are available. The walls are a little thin as we could hear noise from the next room but, overall, a very relaxing stay.
