The photos are nothing like the rooms. The rooms are old and badly kept to say the least. The bathrooms are also very old and the showers need maintenance. The AC makes a terrible noise and it makes the room too cold but it is unbearable to sleep without it. The morning buffet is good especially the quesadillas. But we...

The rooms are nothing like the pictures in the website. They are old and badly kept. The blankets barely fit the bed. If anybody walks and talks outside the rooms, they wake up the neighborhood. The food is average and the service is extremely slow. The hotel is nice and well located. To my taste, overpriced for what you get

They gave us a room in the end of the building with the view.. to the wall and the other building. All conditions were average. I think it's still ok to stay there if you are in Ciudad Valles, but I've been to many better hotels for similar price in Mexico. The breakfast was included and it was good. No...

We chose this hotel because of the location and price and we knew we'll sure have a good experience. The staff was very responsive and kind at the time to take care of our luggage. The breakfast served is good. The rooms are average and the bed are bad and old, the mattress had a big hole and it moved...

Rooms were comfortable. Staff was not so much responsive/pro active. Main issue was restaurant. There were not many options which we as Indian could opt...

I stayed at this hotel when exploring Huasteca Zone. The price was fair and attention good. This is not a national or international hotel chain, so expect to have a different experience. Restaurant is good (local food) and with good service. Rooms are average, so do not expect fancy or new furniture on them (standard TV, no flatscreen) Nevertheless it...

I went on a class trip to la hausteca and we stayed here since it is a central location (most sites were about an hour and a half away). The hotel is okay, though I know from doing room checks that the sizes and styles of the rooms vary greatly. Yet that musty smell was present in every room... But...

I have been int his place twice. Good location to explore Huesteca; Decent breakfast; good restaurant. This trip was very disappointing: no WIFI and no TV. The front desk could not help as my IPhone could not connect. Intended to stay longer;but, had to go to a hotel that provide WIFI. Rooms are ok:Gardens looks pretty; but, stay away from...

Nice authentic Mexican accommodation. A big hotel spread out over a large gated area with wonderful trees and nature incorporated into the overall grounds. It is a bit dated with the rooms not sound proofed but kept very clean and comfortable. we only had the breakfast which was part of the room costs and they were good. This hotel is...

“Ask to be accomodated in "Doña Beba" wing, the rooms are more new and with more light, they are far from pool so you have a better rest in case you come in high season.”

“If you have a big group, ask how many beds there are in the room. Some rooms had three. Also, some rooms had huge bathrooms that were recently remodeled. Try to be on the first floor for this luxury.”
