Thank goodness for pleasant people during my stay there. The setting is a joy, the fishing was not. Had elevated expectations after reading the Wildcat Creek Outfitters review on Google. Went there and then learned WCO had not been there for over 6 years. Food described in their review as "best anywhere" was pretty mediocre instead. Never got a chance... More

Let me be clear. This place is basic. Rooms have a bed or beds and a bathroom. No TV, Internet does not work in most rooms but it does work well in the bar and restaurant. If you are looking for a high end resort this is not it. BUT, if you are looking for a real Bahama experience with... More

World-class fishing of all sorts, beautiful beaches and outstanding service, far away from all the worries of the world. This is not Atlantis or Sandals, nor does it try to be. If you want to escape and truly feel at peace, this is the place for you.

If and when we visit Pittstown point on Crooked Island it will be our 12th visit. We first visited Pittstown in the 1970's when we attended a "fly in". We landed our Seneca aircraft right next to the resort on their 2000 foot strip (now 3500 feet) and were met by the friendly staff and immediately guided to the bar... More

Quiet, with a nice beach, great view, no rush, no crowds, just relax the day away if you want. The people are very friendly, the meals were good and the fresh fish was excellent. Fishing and snorkeling from the beach or by boat. If you want to get away for a few days and not be rushed, bothered (no phones),... More

“Only half the rooms face the ocean, and if you happen to arrive when a group is in residence they could all be taken. Might be worthwhile to pre-book.”
