We visited the Parc National de la Gaspésie in August, we stayed at the Gîte du Mont-Albert which has a very winter chalet touch to it. The contrast was interesting... We had rented one of the independent chalets with two rooms and kitchen and all amenities. Really, quite nice place. The outdoor pool was perfectly refreshing. The bar was quite...

This is a rare find. Very beautiful location, wonderful staff, updated rooms. Only French TV, not good for Americans. Almost everyone speaks good English. Cleanest building I have been in. Washed windows everyday. Good bar area and menu. Have always done gourmet meal plan. Very well served, but disappointed with all 6 meals we had. Beef was a tough cut...

While it is a good drive from Montreal (7-8 hrs), the Gite du Mont-Albert and the Parc de la Gaspésie are worth it...especially after a nice snowstorm. The food at the Gite is as great as advertised by all the reviews. The staff is very friendly and the nearby snowshoe treks are all great...especially the ones with a viewpoints on...

This superb lodge in the middle of the national park of Gaspésie offers wonderful rooms: modern, large, excellent bed. The breakfast buffet is royal. The lunch in the bar is of good quality at a fair price. The dinner menu is at the level of a gastronomy restaurant. They propose excellent deals like Bed & Breakfast or table d'hôte including...

We spent 2 nights here so we could hike in the park. The rooms are beautiful, and clean. The WiFi didn't work well in the rooms, well it was on and off, it worked best in the bar. The rooms were also quiet so we got a good nights sleep. The food is so-so, we paid for the breakfast buffet,...

We stayed in the Caribou Lodge during our three day visit and overall had an amazing time. We chose the Caribou Lodge because I had read that the rooms in the Gite du Mont Albert didn’t have A/C while the lodge did and because we were able to rent a big suite in the lodge. Our room had a large...

We stayed two nights at the Gite during our 10 day trip across Gaspésie and it was our favourite hotel in Gaspésie. The rooms are beautifully renovated and very quiet. When I first arrived I was worried about the noise because our room was beside a noisy ice machine but as soon as our door was closed, I realized I...

We stayed one night at the Gite du Mont Albert on our way around the Gaspe Coast. The hotel is amazing! It is located in the National Park alongside of the most beautiful hiking trails. The mountain views are breathtaking! The restaurant (BBQ) was decent, although more of a standard selection would be beneficial. The rooms did not have air...

A gem of a hotel in the Gaspésie Park that is well worth the detour. The setting is gorgeous and the accommodations are modern, clean and classy. We opted for the salmon sandwich from the grill rather than the fancy restaurant and my son exclaimed that "it was one of the best meals ever!" -- couldn't agree more. We did...

Nice hotel in a beautiful secluded area. Old looking hotel but I had a modern room. Onsite restaurants were delicious and my kids (11m & 4 yrs) enjoyed it as well. They ate for free! My room did not have air conditioning so it got really hot... making it difficult to sleep. Luckily I had packed a small fan. My...
