Fist time here, booked two nights but will stay at least four. The deluxe rooms face the Saint-Lawrence, it is a beautiful sight with the autumn foliage. My wife is still gushing about the quality of her massage. The Nordic Spa is small but more than adequate. The included a la carte breakfast is very good and the dining room...

We were on the first floor and had a good view. We had requested a top floor in our booking but upon arrival was told by a somewhat rude and inhospitable receptionist that we had to CALL IN to guarantee a top floor. They are less obstructed by trees so try to get one of those The outdoor spa facilities...

No need to hesitate on this location - it is perfect in everyway. It is a bit out of the downtown core but a walking distance still. Our room was charming, clean and comfortable. The staff are professional, caring and friendly.

We spent two wonderful days at this resort tucked into the side of a hill. Our room afforded stunning views of the St. Lawrence, especially at sunset. Our room was beautifully appointed and spotless cleaned. We are two meals in the dining room and enjoyed gracious service and another stunning view. We were just at the end of a long...

Great view of St Lawrence from the room. The room I was in was a tad small but comfortable. Poorly insulated re noise reduction...you can hear people in next rooms and hallway. Likely better insonorated in newer section. We however were not incommodated by that at night since it was a quiet period but the hotel seemed full ( quiet...

The hotel is located just a little outside the centre of La Malbaie, around ten minutes walk to the 'main' street. We stayed in the building separate to the hotel, where the rooms are very spacious, with ample storage and a large bathroom. There is also a sitting area with a comfortable sofa and a TV (which is on the...

We had a wonderful visit. Our welcome was cheerful and friendly. In fact all the staff we encountered from reception to housekeeping and restaurant were very friendly and inquired about our comfort and if we required anything to make our visit more enjoyable. Our room on the third floor of the lodge had an exceptional view. It was spacious and...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here for two nights. Our room, in the deluxe lodge area, was lovely, with very attractive art and nice furniture, quite large, with a sitting area and nice balcony with tables and chairs. The room was appointed with every amenity, including nice, cozy robes. We did have a view of the St. Lawrence...

The Auberge des Falaises is an inn/hotel in the picturesque town of La Malbaie in Quebec's fabled Charlevoix region. The inn sits on the side of the hill and is beautifully situated. When you arrive, you see nothing but the amazing view of the St Lawrence, the rolling hills and the village in the distance, but you are also aware...

Dear Mister Gundy Thank you very much for taking probable a lot of time to write such a great review about our inn. We really appreciate it. We took notes of your suggestion for a power bar. It's a good idea and we will try to find a way to improve this. Thank you for coming and hope to see...

The Charlevoix region is blessed with many good hotels and charming country inns. This is one of them. It sits just high enough above the town of La Malbaie to give us an exceptional view of the St. Lawrence River, both from the lovely dining room as well as the rooms and private balconies. Even better, it is located in...
