We recently enjoyed 2 nights at the Orient. We arranged to have the theatre package one night and had dinner at the Landmark (Fantastic experience - a family run business that had a friendly atmosphere with delicious food) and had front row centre seats at the theatre (Cathy Jones show), all arranged before we arrived. Our room was clean and...

Cute place. Small town. Breakfast was good, but it was the same for everyone so if you are a picky eater, you might have problems. Innkeepers were friendly enough, but nothing above and beyond. Good WiFi.

We stopped in VBTS on a whim, as it was close to the Confederation Bridge for our departure from PEI the next morning. The Orient had a King room and a double twin room available - we chose the higher priced King room. It was lovely, big bathroom, nice sitting area, good sized bedroom. The bed linens were the nicest...

We reached Victoria without anywhere pre-booked and took a gamble on the review in our Lonely Planet Travel Guide. We were not disappointed as our host was charming and made us very welcome We had a delightfully large room, with a small lounge attached and enjoyed a chat with fellow guests on the outside veranda, watching the world go by...

The Orient is an old hotel / B&B but it fits in Victoria. It is certainly not a five star luxury place, but it is very well kept and comfortable. It is right in style with the village. Climbing up the narrow stairs is not for everybody an easy task, but the lovely room made me forget that. Breakfast was...

This small, historic hotel is a delight. The service is friendly and the hotel is very well located within walking distance of all shops and restaurants in Victoria. In the evening after a walk around the village, we enjoyed sitting outside in the colourful chairs of the spacious deck thinking: "Wouldn't it be nice if we could enjoy a glass...

Charming old hotel. Close to restaurants, shops and water. Excellent full breakfast, served at from 8am till 9am. Our unit was 3rd floor at rear, Bird Room, I believe, No bathtub, very tight shower, and small tv. Wasn't on vacation for tv watching, so that was not an issue for me. Victoria, as with many PEI towns closes restaurants and...

While the Orient Hotel is historic, dating back to 1900, it is a very well-kept, pretty, comfortable and clean Inn. The owner definitely takes pride in ownership, as evidenced by it's excellent condition. We were there for two nights, in a different room each night due to our having to change our travel schedule after our initial booking. Our changing...

The accommodation was first class. We had our own private sitting room, big bathroom and comfortable king bed. All the rooms in the B&B are beautifully decorated and furnished; as we were the only ones there the first night we checked out all the other rooms 😊 Richard, our host for the 3 nights we stayed, made us so welcome...

Thanks so much for your kind words. It was truly a pleasure having you stay with us. I really enjoy the early season when the pace is relaxed and I'm able to spend time chatting after breakfast. I hope that the rest of your stay on the island and in Canada was enjoyable, although I suspect you have a good...

We stayed in the driftwood suite at the Orient Hotel for one night while passing through Victoria, PEI. The accommodations were a perfect size for the two of us, with a separate bed and living area. The room was clean and quiet. Wendy and Richard were welcoming, and extremely helpful in planning our dining and itinerary in and around Victoria...
