Stayed for the weekend while visiting family at a cottage. We had to switch rooms as hotel was at full occupancy, however, our bags were moved over for us .Breakfast was delicious - service exceptional. The manor is a pretty hotel on an acre piece of lush property. Hosts were very friendly.

Come here every year; twice a year when we can. Exceptional service, wonderful rooms, fantastic hosts, amazing breakfasts... Can't say enough good things. All the rooms have high ceilings, all the decor is exceptionally well appointed with all the little touches done very well. Delightfully cozy and warm in the off-season, walkable to everything in town. An absolute gem; count...

We stayed at Perth Manor on a Friday night. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The room, while quirky, was clean and had lots of original features and interesting furniture. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were full of tips for the local area and chatted about the history of the house and of Perth itself. We enjoyed...

My husband choose the Perth Manor because it made him think of Downton Abbey. It was a beautiful, well maintained home. Each room was unique and decorated in the style of the early 1900s which adds to the charm of the home. The hosts are kind and helpful and shared great stories of the history of the town and building....

[OVERALL] Overall, I would readily revisit this boutique hotel again in the future and recommend it to others. It had excellent value for its location, historicity, amenities, and breakfast. [LOCATION] The Perth Manor is located within easy walking distance of downtown Perth, several nice restaurants, historical sites, and the Classic Theatre. I parked the car at our arrival and didn't...

If you like historic buildings you would love your stay at the Perth Manor Boutique Hotel. The interior is mouth dropping and the "English Gardens" on the exterior are breath taking. To top off your stay will be the couple running the Manor, Linda and Gordon, they will give you service that "The Royals" would envy. Having a breakfast cooked...

We wanted to find a B&B in Perth and what a find! This a lovely estate home beautifully preserved with an interesting history! The John Wilson room we are staying in was the gentleman who prevailed in the 'last duel' in this area for a woman. Quite a story and Gordon and his wife do a wonderful job of making...

Stayed in the John Haggart room, just a dream stay! The building is beautiful, the period furnishings are so perfect and comfortable at the same time. The owners Linda and Gordon have anticipated your every desire! Fab linens, so very comfy mattress and pillows, everything is thought of, right down to bed time chocolates on a little silver tray! Ice...

We stayed here for two nights and would definitely stay here again. The doors for a few of the vacant rooms were open when we checked in and they all looked beautiful. Lots of character, nicely maintained and decorated, and a wonderful breakfast that was nicely plated. The owners were both very friendly and accommodating. Due to an event we...

We spent an evening at this beautiful B&B while attending the Perth Kilt Run.The owners are very friendly and perfect hosts. Our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. A delicious and well presented breakfast was served on the garden patio and featured local foods and maple syrup from the area. Gardens are well kept and a pleasure to stroll through.
