Stayed there on Mon Nov 14th just for one night as my daughter had knee surgery in the morning. We are from Renfrew which is over an hour drive. The owners allowed me to drop my daughter off for her surgery and come back to the room to wait for her. This was extremely appreciated! Outdated rooms but very clean.... More

This is not a 5 star spot but it is clean, well-located, affordable with friendly and accommodating staff. Complimentary breakfast to boot. Can't go wrong. I should also mention that there is free and plentiful parking.

We stayed at the Clothier Inn Motel for one night en route to visit family. The first thing we noticed upon entering the office/lobby was a dank basement-like smell. We received the keys to our room, which was the room for handicapped guests (not that we needed it, but it was apparently the only room available). We accessed the hallway... More

This is a great family hotel. It's not the Ritz Carlton but it doesn't pretend to be. What you get is a clean room and a good nights sleep. Owners are very nice people. If there is an issue they deal with it right away. Asked for a new pillow and got it right away. Kemptville is a small town... More

I stayed one night in this motel. I'd summarize the place as "clean but well-worn". It's a two-storey motel with a single line of rooms down each side of a short hallway. The rooms are accessed by a typical door key, not a magnetic swipe card. Carpeting in the hallway had seen a lot of traffic, although no holes that... More

If you're looking for fancy, this isn't it .. keep driving. Room and bed/bathroom were clean but VERY dated. Furniture is a mishmash of odd pieces. There was a musty smell upon entering the motel but I think it was the air conditioning as it seemed to disappear once inside. Kemptville is a small town so the selection isn't large.... More

We stayed here i a double bed room for a wedding at the Strathmere. We were an 18 minute drive away. The motel itself is looked after well by the owners and it sbows a bit of pride. The rooms are large with middle comfortable beds. The interior is a bit aged but good paint. The desk people (Carlos) I... More

I recently spent two weeks at the Clothier Mills Inn in Kemptville, ON to be close to a family member who was ill. In addition to much needed quiet and privacy, as well as an excellent nightly sleep, I am so grateful for the compassion and kindness of the owners who checked in with me daily during a very difficult... Stayed at this Motel as it seemed it was the only clean one in town. The people were really nice people. The room was clean as promised - outdated but clean. The price I found was quite high. Over 200$ for 2 nights in a motel was steep. I've stayed in modern hotels/motels in busy cities or quiet towns for... More
