This was our base for two weeks in September 2016 while we explored the area. The Cabot Way was on my wish list since childhood stories of John and Sebastian Cabot who discovered the Maritimes.........it was a dream come true. The owners David and Donna were so welcoming, clearly they like to do everything well and all the staff were...

We wished to have accommodation near The Red Shoe Pub and the River Inn was a good fit. There are various accommodations, some in a lower floor and some on an upper floor up a few steps. We were lucky to have a large 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen, living room and bathroom including a washing machine and dryer...

We stayed here after driving the Cabot Trail. Cozy and comfortable inn right by the river. Decor was great, bed was clean and comfortable. Downtown is a short walk away. We walked to dinner that night at the Red Shoe Pub (perfect evening). This is a great stop on the Cabot trail, don't miss this cute town and stay at...

This hotel was a great start location on the Cabot Trail. The rooms were large and comfortable. The home made cinnamon buns and biscuits made their breakfast extra delicious!!! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night on the lower level. I thought the room was a good size with a queen bed and sofa. We did have a private bath, but it was across the hall. Wasn't ideal, but the bathroom was also very large and in great shape. Within walking distance to the main district where you will find restaurants...

Nice large clean room. Two level Inn with attached pizza business and hair stylist business. Very close to town. Breakfast was a true continental breakfast. No hot choices. Very friendly dogs to greet you.

Spent a night while playing golf at Cabot Links. Very nice people, super clean room and just far enough off the beaten path. When you go, make sure to eat at the Red Shoe Pub. It's close by with good food, a fun crowd and great music. Also, don't miss the warm cinnamon buns at the MRI continental breakfast. You...

The staff make this place, very friendly teenagers and owner, the place is very well maintained, and the breakfast is excellent, all fresh and homemade. The set up of this motel is strange places, wonder what it was originally, the lower level rooms all have their bathrooms across the hallway. The beds were excellent. Would definitely stay here again

The Inn has a wonderful staff - cannot do enough for you. Get their cinnamon rolls. The halls to the rooms are rather uninspiring. Our room had a comfortable king bed and was a curious long skinny room. the windows opened on a nice yard and large trees. you will be very happy here
