This is a tiny establishment featuring six little cottages. We only needed to overnight and this was adequate. We had use of the BBQ to cook our supper. Busy road out front, but didn't really hear it inside the cottage. Owner was pleasant and chatty - great Acadian accent! Sunset was beautiful as well, since this location is on the...

We didn't have a reservation, so we drove through Cheticamp looking for a place to stay. Some places had no vacancy, but Fraser's had a room, so we stopped to check it out. The owner was very nice, and he showed us the room, which was one of the two rooms in the house. The room was kind of quirky...

Someone recommended this place to me so I checked in. The room (cottage?) is very small and has no desk or table to use to recharge my equipment. The room reminds me of a bungalow from the 40's that I've seen in movies but it is clean, has a mini-fridge and microwave and has decent Wifi. There is a nice...

Given that we had no reservations and everything in Cheticamp was booked we were lucky to get into Fraser's. I guess. We got what amounted to a "lean to" at the back of a cabin. A hodge podge of furniture and fixtures but clean and comfortable. We had a backyard on the water which made up for the ramshackle accommodation....

Great find, 5 units, clean as a whip! Sure even when I called the fellow said dated and my wifi is like xxxxx! Honest, so I booked two clean beds, spotless bathroom, clean white towels, checked in early! TV, older micro, but big, great fridge, 2 comfy chairs! Close to everything! Loved it, reasonable! Right next to the water! It...

We have a large Lab/ Husky mix 120 lbs and the owners were fantastic about us having him there. The Motel is somewhat dated but clean and the perfect place for dog owners to take there pet for around 80 bucks a night can't go wrong! The view is beautiful from the back, let the owners know and they will...

It worked for us. I wasn't t expecting much so I wasn't disappointed. The checking is very friendly , the room had two double beds and a big (blue tub) bathroom. It worked for us and it was nice to sit at the picnic table and have a morning coffee.

This motel gives you the typical Road-movie Shabby Motel experience :) But, the beds were all right, there were no bedbugs, the shower was good, and we had a nice little terrace at the waterfront. Tim Hurtons is at the other side of the road, so breakfast was no problem. You should however open the windows a few hours before...

We stopped in to a few places to see their prices for two rooms that allowed pets for the night. We got some absurd prices for a practically empty places. The Fraser motel doesnt show the best and the rooms are terribly outdated but for $65 per cottage with two twin beds in each with no extra fees for pets...

“Outdoor cottages seem to all be the same, but it seemed that accommodations were also available in the main building (owner's house)”
