Fabulous house, fabulous food, and fabulous hosts. Will definitely be back. The house is very historic, aka not large rooms, but very charming. We ordered the dinner (I recommend you try Lynn's wonderful cooking) and enjoyed chatting with the other guests, as well as our host. This is a casual and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay with George and Lynn. Delicious and plentiful breakfasts, and a wonderful old house. The house was actually moved from its original location (which happened often in Nfld), and has since been expanded.

George and Lynn are wonderful hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them. Our room had the most beautiful view of the ocean. All the rooms are so tastefully decorate right down to the smallest details! They are most most gracious hosts! We loved learning the history of how the house came to Harbour Grace! We will definitely be back...

My husband and I stayed at Rothesay for one night during our Newfoundland travels. As our date/s of stay were a moving target I was in touch via email with Lynn and George on multiple occasions. Each correspondence was professional and timely and as a result left us with a good feeling that we wanted to stay here. When we...

Had a great two night stay, and the dinner prepared by Lynn was a real highlight and bonus to our stay. George had maps and knowledge for the places we should include in our discovery of the area. Morning coffee on the front deck was a delight.

we were lucky to get a last minute room and were really pleased with the stay. George was a wealth of knowledge and even booked us a dinner reservation at a local pub. Lynn's breakfast was first rate and with the finishing and decorating they have done our stay was most momorable. I'd stay again, but for longer.

We can't say enough nice things about our stay at the Rothesay B&B. Upon arrival George and Lynn were very friendly ad welcoming. The 160+ year old home boasted amazing craftsmanship. Along with a beautiful view of the bay and a delicious roasted tomato frittata breakfast, we would highly recommend treating yourself to a stay at the Rothesay. If you're...
