Like many other people who booked and got confirmation from this hotel, I too booked this hotel 3 full months in advance and received an email just 2 weeks prior to the check in date saying they "have a booking conflict and had cancelled my reservation". I then phoned hotel.com and they said in their system the booking is still...

Excellent location in Alma at harbour. Great spot to see the tides come and go and the fishing boats. Located right beside the entrance to Funday national park. The host was very accommodating and even opened the ice cream parlour for us one night. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant right at the Inn. Would return to...

Hiked three trails in the park. Great day and was craving fried clams. Stopped at Parkland and ordered a small....$12.50 plus tax. And, it was small! But the biggest disappointment was besides waiting 20 minutes, they were just the clam strips! That is not a clam! They should have informed us that that didn't have the whole clams. This is...

That was a lot of money to pay for fish and chips. The food was decent but I felt we were paying 'tourist' prices. The service was good and the food was served in a timely manner but I was hoping to be 'wowed'.

Two weeks before we were set to go, we get an email saying our reservation has been cancelled with no explaination. We booked 3 months in advance! Apparently this is common practice with them as I read other reviews. Doesn't help us as now since all other hotels in area are all booked.

We booked a queen suite with bay view and were very happy with the view. Alma is a small village and the Inn is located centrally directly beside the fishing harbour and with plenty of restaurants to chose from for dinner. The suite includes a bedroom with bay view, with a queen bed and a table with three chairs by...

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful hotel. Joanna and Andrew see to your every need in the most friendly and efficient manner. The location can't be beat for watching the tidal change on the Bay of Fundy. From our room we were able to watch the fishing boats coming in to dock, a very fun sight to...

Loved staying at Parkland Village Inn in Alma. Perfect location on the shore of the Bay of Fundy where there the highest and lowest tides in the world. Also located directly at the harbor so we could watch the tide come in and lifted the fishing boats off the ocean floor. We could walk around the small town of Alma...

The hotel is very dated, but you could look at it as part of its charm. We had a two-room suite, which was very big and had a decent view over the bay. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff were very pleasant. One particular downside was when I was looking under the beds while packing it...

We were sorry that we weren't able to stay longer at Parkland Village Inn! It's a great location if you are seeing the sights along the Bay of Fundy. The room was clean and comfortable and it was fun to be able to see the progress of the tides just looking out our window - during the few hours we...
