Our family of four stayed in a one-bedroom cottage over labor day weekend. The cottages are simple and sweet, the location is really beautiful. It was fun to pick apples off the apple tree for breakfast. Phil was wonderfully attentive and accommodating. These aren't luxury cottages, but they are clean and at a really nice price point.

A friend and I TRIED to stay there. After being charged over 100 dollars walking into this disgusting room I was abit shocked. Having to arrange early check in just to get there and no one was at the front desk. I counted about 6 spiders in our bathroom then went into the "kitchen" just to walk through ANOTHER spider... Great spot for a quiet stay - the host had excellent suggestions on places to go. The cottage was big, airy and comfortable with a good kitchen. A slightly shaky staircase leads to the gravel beach. Good strong wifi in the cottage (#5). Only odd thing is no electrical outlet in the bathroom but there is one under a mirror... More

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in cabin 7. A cottage with a queen bed and seperate sitting room. It is older, but very clean. The bed was comfy and everything works. It has everything in it you'd need. The host was very friendly and helpful. The views were spectacular. Mill Bay was a short walk away for groceries... More

My family had a weekend get together at the cottages and oh my goodness the staff is unbelievable. I highly recommend staying here. The venue has beautiful gardens, access to a private beach on the ocean, and a fire pit. The cottages were nicely renovated ( we rented the whole venue)and the beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept... More

Location, Location, Location. Convenient to the stores, local attractions, and a spectacular view. The cabin was quirky, but very clean. If you are looking to capture the unique experience of island living this is a good place to start. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I recently had a lovely experience at Rosebank, it was so refreshing not to be in a generic motel. If you are looking for a road side box motel this is not the place for you. The cabins are older, however, well maintained and clean, you can’t beat the location and view.

I lucked out in finding Rosebank Cottages. I stayed much longer than I had planned and couldn't have been happier. The cottages are older, but are clean and cozy. Much more charm than a chain hotel. Great for walking on the beach and watching sunrises. The owner(Phil) was friendly and helpful, with suggestions on various attractions in the area. Close... More
