My husband, along with our dog & I were lucky enough to get room #14 here for one night and enjoyed our stay very much, even in the pouring rain! The resort is a group of old, historic buildings all updated and restored on & around the boardwalk in picturesque Telegraph Cove. The scenery outside your windows is spectacular and...

During our stay at Telegraph Cove we stayed in one of the old cottages. From the outside it looks like museum houses, with their signs explaining the history of the cottages. On the inside you'll find all modern amenities with private bathrooms kitchen etc. and a spectacular view to the harbor and the Strait.

We stayed in cabin 14 during our stay in TC , kayaking and bear watching. The location of cabin 14 is perfect, you can see the whole harbour from the window and were able to see mink, two otters, bald eagles right outside. The noise is not a problem either despite being right on the boardwalk. It gets quiet after...

We had specifically booked a group of 7 with 5 tents into 2 sites. We were assigned very small, buggy sites. Luckily there just one night. At 0500 were were almost run over by fishermen leaving for the day! Not sure why people would stay here. The camp hosts however are pleasant and do a great job.

Dear Bajapaddler, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of our forest campground. I am sorry to hear your experience was not what you were expecting. This year our campground was very busy in July and August. However, we have quite a few guests who like to visit in June or late September since it is much...

Coming here only makes sense if you want to take advantage of what the resort offers - it is not on the way to anywhere. We were booked into there for one night between Port Hardy and Campbell River and that simply did not make sense. The resort has a yacht harbour, a kayaking company and immediate access to boats...

From the moment we arrived we felt relaxed. The house was basic accommodations but we had a full kitchen and it was quiet at night. # 24 was away from the boardwalk but still close and easy to get to. Be aware no phone, tv or Internet! We went on the whale watch and the tide rip grizzly adventure and...

An easy drive of about 2 hours from Campbell River even if it is a bit monotonous because it is just trees trees and more trees on a very quiet road. However it is well worth it when you arrive at Telegraph Cove. First of all the accommodation is made up of various sizes of cabins. We were fortunate enough...

We stayed with friends in Cabin number 9 right on the boardwalk looking over the ocean. Really enjoyed the area with lots to do including whale and bear excursions. Great food and more reasonable than I expected at the restaurant or pub on the boardwalk. At night they have a salmon and rib bbq cooked right on the boardwalk. The...

Have been to Telegraph Cove twice in two years, our first stay was in one of the old cottages off the Board Walk. Yes they are old but are in good shape and perfect for the area, no TV, no Internet. Stayed in number 8 cottage off the board walk. The history of each cabin is proudly displayed outside each cottage & yes they are old.
