Spent the May long weekend here, what an amazing view, and the food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and the lodge room was a bit rustic, but very clean. The bed was very comfy and the peace and quite was like a bit of heaven. We will definitely come back, next time we would love to stay in...

Thanks for the stay. I think you'd love the yurts. See you again, Jon.

So, the drive up to the lodge. Yes, it's steep. Yes, it has some potholes. But if you're exploring around Port Renfrew, then compared to other access roads it's in better condition than part of Deering Rd which takes you across to Avatar Grove and in much better condition than the track that goes down to Sombrio Beach. And, of...

Thanks so much for the review. And thank you for the comments on breakfast. I think we will put in to practice the cereal option for people.

This was the first time my husband and I stayed in Port Renfrew and we found this amazing yurt. We stayed in Y4-Yurt of the Salish Sea for 5 nights. It was extremely comfortable with breath taking views. It was very private. There was a hot tub we got to enjoy after a lot of hiking. Tim and John were...

This was the perfect location to conclude our 2016 vacation following a class reunion held in Sidney. The hospitality of our hosts, the food and of course the beautiful scenery, made for a very enjoyable stay. Hope to one day return again!

Soule Creek Lodge is the perfect place for people who love nature, good food and special accommodations. The yurts are great – everything a modern hotel room has to offer plus the special glamping charm. And the views are amazing: Surrounded by the ocean and located up on the hill you can watch the fog wandering through the valley in the...

My girlfriend treated me to a 3 day/2night stay here as Christmas present and it was nothing short of perfect. The yurt we stayed in was spacious, clean, quiet and warm (it was early March). The light amounts of hail and rain we received overnight made us feel like we were camping and only increased the coziness level of the...

It was a gray and damp weekend that we came up to Port Renfrew and booked a yurt. What a great experience. A sophisticated tent at the top of a hill overlooking the water. So beautiful but the best part was the 3 course meal for $45 CAD at the hotel. Absolutely amazing and we will probably eat here again...

We stayed in a yurt (Tatoosh) and although the rain pelted down, this added to the charms with the sound of "Raindrops Falling on your Yurt" . As we approached the lodge from down below I was momentarily dismayed as it is very isolated but I quickly got over this feeling and thoroughly enjoyed our night's stay. Be sure to...

We had 2 days left in our vacation and decided to visit Port Renfrew to see the Big Trees on the advice of a local we met in Duncan. Took the car and drove the coast all the way to Renfrew without any plans, expectations or accommodations. Once we got there, our first mission was to find a room for...

The property is a five star but I gave it only 3 because of the terrible dining experience. They tell you upfront that its not a set menu, and therefore its a surprise what you will be served. I took the gamble because of the pictures I saw of the food. My dinner plate didn't look anything like the photos....

I reached out after this review to the guest to apologize for this. We have never had a bad review of our dinners in 16 years of business. After my conversation with the guest, I believe we made thing right and she seemed satisfied with our response and actions on this issue. Again our apologies.
