Beautiful place, the main lodge and restaurant as well as the hot springs pools are facing the upper arrow lake or you can say facing the majestic Columbia river. It is really beautiful and the hot springs very relaxing. We arrived around 5:00 pm and stayed at the pool side cottage for 1 night, the pools were a bit crowded...

The pools at Halcyon Hot Springs are lovely, with nice changing rooms and beautiful setup outdoors. However, we found our cabin accommodation somewhat disappointing, given the amazing potential of the location. The cabins are very close to one another, and the landscaping around ours was non-existent ( a gravel pit behind). We had a nice view over the lake but...

Beautiful setting, friendly staff. The pools were super nice! Love the different pools with their different temperatures. The restaurant waiter was very friendly and went out of his way to replace my Ceaser Salad. The dressing was yummy, the chicken was great but the lettuce was not fresh, wilted, brown and yellow spots on a good portion of it. Must say...

Thought the idea of staying in an RV seem like a good idea. Not. The RV spots were not designed for a 30 foot motorhome. The spot we had was long enough but not nearly wide enough for our slide and our awning. The fact that it was raining meant that there were ankle deep puddles on our site. As...

Dear Guest, Thank you for visiting Halcyon Hot Springs. We are aware that our RV park is very small. Being on a hill side restricts the space. Most of our RV guests are aware of it and still come for the Hot Springs, location, ambience and full service of the resort. Our confirmation letter reads: "Many of our RV sites...

We just stopped for a soak in the pools. Pulled up outside - entrance looks great. Paid in the lobby - beautiful décor. Got to the changing rooms - eeewww!!! Smelled like a cross between dirty sneaker and urine. Lockers were rusty & dirty inside. No hot water in the showers. Be advised to wear pool footwear or you may...

Wanted to stay at the resort but no availability. Did a day trip instead. Booked massages at the spa and upgraded the birthday girl to a 3 hour spa with massage, facial and manicure. She loved the pampering and when the nail polish smeared before dry, they redid all the nails( thank-you). Had lunch in the Kingfisher dining room. Lunch...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your visit to Halcyon Hot Springs Village and Spa. We are happy that you enjoyed your visit. Unfortunately health regulations do not allow any food or drinks on the pool deck. Thank you for the suggestions. This place was so relaxing for our family. Grandkids enjoyed the variety of pools and the one on one time with us. Daughter had time to sit back and enjoy the terrific benefits of these mineral waters. Stayed the night in RV park, which was quiet and a quick stroll to the pools. Will definitely return.

We stayed in a king bed cottage for one night. The cottage was a very nice little pre-fab cottage with kitchenette, bathroom, comfortable bed and small deck overlooking the lake. The view of the lake was a bit obstructed by trees (to be expected when located in a forest) but was very pleasant nonetheless. The cottage was located adjacent to...

The location is very beautiful. The staff was unhelpful and cold. The food was interesting, especially the hair in our toast. The website shows tons of activities, but there is nothing to do other than the hot spring tubs which are dirty. They dont clean the pools very well as there were bandaids in the same place for 2 days....
