What a disappointment. Our accommodations were very over priced and run down. Our dinner was mediocre but way over priced. The pools were ok but small and crowded. The view of the lake was nice. The website builds up the expectations and they were certainly not met.

The rustic loft cabin was great, enough room for the 4 of us but not a lot of comfortable seating other than one couch and a table with 4 chairs. The pool was fabulous but the food at the restaurant was not so great and it was very expensive. We would definitely go back, but we would probably bring our...

Stayed here for a couple nights to break up a ski trip through BC. Had a newer king bed chalet which was very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable. Pools are in great condition and well kept. Kingfisher restaurant is also excellent. If you're looking for a high end, aristocratic spa you'll be disappointed. This resort is more of a low...

We stayed here for the weekend, it was ok. Chalets were cute, well equipped. Pools were nice, can be crowded. Think they should have a winter rate, because it's quite pricey for what's here. Nice, but not my thing.

We have stayed here a couple times in the past. Most of those times everything has been very good. This time was a bit different. The chalet we had had big black ants all over the room. During the night had a couple crawl over us in bed, not a good way to wake up. They had ant traps in...

We had a lovely few nights at Halcyon. We rented a cabin which was great. The facility is so clean, and then food at Kingfisher restaurant was so delicious. We will definitely be back for years to come.

We really enjoy going to Halcyon Hot Springs! This trip we met some friends from Edmonton for the New Years party. The dinner and the party were a lot of fun for our families! We have always had a great time coming to Halcyon (we've stayed 5 times) but bear in mind this is rustic and it is not luxurious....

My partner and I recently stayed at Halcyon Hot Springs Hotel. Overall the experience was rather disappointing. My partner and I were looking for somewhere romantic for an overnight getaway. From the website, it looked like Halcyon was the perfect place as the photos and website are both very appealing. I found the online reservation process confusing, and decided to...

Dear Guests, Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We are glad that you enjoyed the Hot Springs Pools and the lazy river. Our upper pool deck is open year round with 2 hot springs pools and the cold plunger. Our lower pool deck with our mineral swimming pools is seasonal. We are not aware that this is...

My husband and I started staying at the Hotsprings every February since 2015. Prior to that we just made it a day trip. We love our new tradition and look forward to it every year. The cabins/cottages are lovely and clean. Its very peaceful and relaxing. The Kingfisher serves a wonderful supper and breakfast. Looking forward to another visit next...

A two bedroom cabin with only a loveseat in the living room doesn't make for a comfortable evening for THREE people, let alone four. The only other choice was a dining room chair with no cushion. There were cobwebs everywhere, in plain sight beside the bed and up to the ceiling light fixture. Lighting very dim, floor was dusty and...
