We are a family of four, children ages 11 and 9, holidaying in July. We stayed at WCWL for four nights. Wonderful ocean view room - bed soft, but I like that. A great, well-presented property in a top location with excellent staff. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding - and reasonably priced given the quality. The bioluminescence kayak tour was...

We stayed for 2 days at this beutiful resort in mid July 2015 - and we were delighted!!Our room had the most beautiful view and the food was the best we had on our whole trip to Canada. The surrundings were stunning and staff was very friendly and serviceminded. Our kayak guide Austin and his twin brother took us on...

We got a lodge overlooking the Lake. It is a beathtaking view. To wakeup to that view, you'll never want to leave. The lodge itself has the basic, large bed, balcony, a tub overlooking the lake, which means a window in the bathroom to the bedroom. The bed, however, was too soft. The restaurant serves great food, Both for breakfeast...

We were a party of 2 families. Our rooms were nice -- 2 with ocean view and 2 with forest view. Rooms were quite nice with extra fuzzy blankets. Our room was a bit loud -- we could hear diners on the patio nearby and the constant fan noise from the main lodge. Dinner was terrific though pricey. One night...

I must start off by saying I would not wish to put anyone off from staying at WCWL. There are a few things worth pointing out, which if you are aware of may help you to enjoy the visit more. Nothing prepares you for the view that awaits as you first stand on the terrace. It is simply breath taking....

We booked a 3 night Explorer package which included all dinners and breakfasts, as well as 3 hour kayaking and a tour to Princess Louisa Inlet on a zodiac boat. Our entire stay was wonderful, not a single thing to complain about. All staff VERY professional, helpful and friendly. We were very pleasantly surprised by the attention and effort the...

We attended a fabulous family wedding here recently. The room was lovely with a fantastic view. The bed was soooo comfortable and the bedding was really nice. All the meals we had were great including the wedding dinner and the rehearsal dinner. The menu is interesting and well executed. The property is beautiful and works well in terms of the...

Our two week trip to Vancouver Island started with a 3 night stay at WCWL. This was to be the highlight of our trip - the views from the hotel are much as shown in the WCWL own website- stunning, breathtaking, a million dollar view. However the rooms very a little tired and dated. The dining option was pretty formal...

We absolutely loved our stay at the West Coast Wilderness Lodge, helped by phenomenal weather. We splurged on one of the higher end rooms, number 601, and it was worth every penny. The end room, with views in two directions, was spacious, attractive, and comfortable. It was also very private, with its own deck with two comfy chairs overlooking one...
