Wonderful trip! Stress free! The location is perfect and the view are amazing. The staff is out of the world great and the food is so so good! I highly recommend taking this week out of your time and enjoying this experience.
There is no smoking allowed anywhere, as well as no alcohol nor caffeine. The classes/staff/daily activities are a great support for better heatlth and personal choices. It was literally life altering for me.
