I have stayed here many times and each time I am treated as part of the family. The staff always greet you by name and go out their way to ensure you have a great stay. The housekeeping standards are exceptional, the beds are super comfy and the towels are thick and lush. I missed the lounge not being open... More

A lovely property with a warm and relaxed atmosphere throughout and staff that genuinely want to be friendly and helpful. Large Rooms with balconies, comfy beds, and kitchenettes make this place work well for anyone. Nicely furnished with a cozy decorating style. Spending time in the lounge feels more like spending time in a friends rec room, with comfy sofas,... More

I spend more than 100 nights in hotels every year so I am no stranger to travel. I found one the best service experience at the Executive House Suite in High Level. Not only was my room exceptional - spotless & comfortable with all amenties, the overall service was outstanding. I was shown around the hotel, where to find a... More

This was the third time I have stayed at this Hotel in the past 3 years. I have always been made very comfortable from the time I walk through the doors. The check-in is very quick and they always point out all the amenities. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at where the staff then talk to... More

The Executive House Suites is the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was served promptly in the morning, and was well done. Love the kitchenettes and furniture - felt right at home. The only negative comment I could add would be the noise generated by the refrigerator at night. Nothing out of the... More

I travel a lot into the north and I am usually overnight minimum 2 nights but more like 3 to 4 nights, what this means is for me restaurant food gets tiresome. The suites at the Executive House all have full Kitchens which is wonderful I can cook basic fare rather than dining out. The Kitchen is quite well equipped... More

On my second business trip to high level, I was a looking to stay a a little better hotel than my first stay (which was one of the Hwy. chain hotels.  A little research on Trip Advisor lead me to the Exectutive Suite Hotel. On arrival to High Level, i was informed by the car rental agent that the hotel... More

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Their rooms are nice and clean, beds are super comfortable, their restaurant has great stakes, but most importantly, their staff is amazing! They are really friendly and go above and beyond to serve you better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in High Level, AB.
