An older hotel but well kept and clean. The room was basic with queen bed, fridge, microwave, blow dryer and old style bed spread. The bedspread was quite faded so I convinced myself it got washed often;-) The weather was quite warm during our stay and we did not have air conditioning in our room so it was quite warm...

Thank you for your positive review. The bedspreads do get washed often and I am working on getting something new. The AC pumps both went down this year and we are continually working to make it better. We have abundant wildlife that come to visit in the community.

Stayed here en route to the USA for one night. There were 5 adults and 1 child, we stayed in the QQ2 suite (it had 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed all lined up on one wall, with 1 bathroom). Friendly staff both when checking in and out, called the front desk in the morning and requested an iron,...

Thank you for the positive feed back. I am in the process of getting new sofa-beds so the next visit will be better. We are working on getting someone in the restaurant across the parking lot.

We would agree with other reviewers. It's pretty simple, but decent. The owners are quite nice and do their best to make everyone feel comfortable. Decent enough if you're passing through town and gives you a decent roof over your head and bed to sleep in.

So this hotel is older but really clean. The people are friendly, and it is generally quiet. The beds are comfy which really makes any hotel a success! Today was a really hot day so we needed the air conditioning but it really couldn't keep up. That was probably the only complaint I had. If you're crossing the border and...

I was pleased with our room. We upgraded to the the king jacuzzi suite. The room was very large. The jacuzzi tube worked well for the two of us to fit in. The bed was clean. It was a bit on the hard side. Big fluffy pillows.😊 The room did not have a coffee maker, but there was coffee in...

This hotel was really the only choice in Cardston, or at least from our perspective. The rooms were clean; the staff were friendly; the location makes it easy to find. Nothing outstanding but certainly adequate.

This is a very well managed hotel and has an indoor pool, massage serve etc. Located right downtown on the main road through town. It may be aging but the room are kept very clean and are comfortable.

A photo of a bear troming through early snow taken by the owner of this hotel caught my eye right away. The hallway has several othe prints from the same person. The room was large enough, clean, comfortable. Starting to show age and will need some upgrades soon. The shower was one I could have stayed in for too long....

Front desk staff is great! Very friendly and informative. Rooms are adequate but are starting to show their age. Carpets are stained in places and could use a good shampooing though. Having said that though, the cleaning crew does a good job and I didn't find any stray "belongings" found in many other hotels. Bathrooms were very clean and we'll...

Like other reviewers I was wary about the hotel and apprehensive as to what we would find. In fact, the rooms were large and had a microwave. To be specific the room was like a "Jack and Jill" room set up: a queen in one room, a bathroom, then another queen. Good arrangement for our purposes. There wasn't any breakfast,...

“As there is little traffic through Cardston in the night, there is no real need to select a room away from the road. If you are good with stairs, I would suggest an upper room as the floors are a little thin and regular walking around above can be easily heard in the room below.”
