We stayed a night on 12 July 2018 because we stayed here previously. Previous manager kept the place well. There are few rooms which can be rated Class 1.
The new manager ( unprofessional and very mouthy) said we got special rates and a special room in return for a good review. I

We stayed here to visit Canadian Glacier-Waterton Park. Check-in was easy and the lady was helpful. The room was large, clean and average quality, but okay for two nights. There was no breakfast (and not many places to get breakfast). The ac worked, but was slow to cool the r

When we pulled up the hotel to check-in we were surprised at how rundown it looked. When my wife and her father came back with the keys they explained how the manager had said the room wasn't ready yet - even though check-in was at 2PM and we arrived at 4PM. He also made a pass

we added a door to that room so you can still have 100% privacy and not be bothered if there is a 1 in a million chance that a breaker pops... I didnt design the place, Im just the guy tasked to make it better everyday.

I stayed at the outpost while in cardston for my son's wedding. Overall a good experience. The rooms were clean. The railings were safe, no needles on the ground.

I do have a few suggestions. Blinds on the windows, for two different reasons. 1- blocks the sun that never

Thanks for your patronage.... The "upgrade" was required because you did not have a credit card that we could authorize for the amount of your stay, which classifies your reservation as TENTATIVE, (not guaranteed), so your room was given away to someone with a credit card that we could authorize, and the only room that was left available when you arrived was a $20 more per night room. All of that could be avoided if you have a credit card that has enough room on it to pay for the room you booked. Upgrades to the motel are happening daily, thanks for the suggestions!

The railings by the office were loose, very usafe. On my way to my room i found a syringe in the parking lot and they would'nt reimburse me when i changed my mind about staying there. Did not look clean so i left anyway, crooks!

whoever made this review has never stayed at our motel and this is a fabricated review, because nobody ever came to us asking for money back for a room claiming that they found a syringe in the parking lot... which is a situation that we have NEVER faced, (not that it couldn't happen at a motel), but Im sure it has never happened here. This review is probably a fabricated story made up by the competition across the road.

I Wrote a review. I did have enough room on my card is an absolute lie, since i booked for my room the second night and paid online. I paid for the "upgrade" in cash. The "upgrade" was made because it was going to be hot and the woman in the office didnt want to make the girls cleaning clean upstairs in the heat. Please dont fabricate stories to try to make you look better. HORRIBLE customer service at this point. Your reviews, and your replies to the reviews, are dead on. I wonder how u stay in business.
Lol...what was your QUESTION? Your card also didnt work when we went to charge you for the snack bar items u used, so in the end your upgrade to a more expensive room ended up being free anyway, (because you used a bunch of snack bar items that you didnt pay for).... You are right, my replies are dead on, and u r just a horrible person making up horrible lies, to get revenge on our business because we embarrassed you when we discovered your credit card is maxed out, and u cant afford to correct the problem.... And its people like u, who book rooms with a credit card that has no money on it, that are destroying the hospitality industry, and forcing us to impliment policies to protect the business from going under (because of people like u who cheat the system). Its sad that u think that your maxed out credit card gives u some sort of right to manipulate our business and then turn it around and call it a "customer service" issue.... U didnt pay for customer service, u pretended to reserve a room, with a credit card that didnt work and then got offended when the room u didnt pay for was given away to someone who actually knows how to manage their credit card balance... That 16 digit number doesnt give u power over someone elses business and certainly doesnt give u the right to scam someone elses business (while u r out and about, enjoying ur vacation)... Ur story makes zero sense because hpusekeepers clean upstairs and down every single day all summer long... We charge $10 less for 2nd story rooms so that people get a discount for having to climb stairs, and if the attempted preauthorization of ur credit card had of worked when u reserved the room, or you updated ur credit card info after we informed u that ur card was DECLINED,u would not have lost ur reservation ...dont blame us for that, and stop wasting my time, u r not gonna acheive anything from having ur personal story exposed to the world wide web.
