Very welcoming owners. Cake was yummy. The room was outstanding. Had everything that we needed. Good to have a table and chairs so that we could sit and have snacks we took. Bed was so comfy and big. Breakfast was a real treat. Would book again.

Tony and Amanda couldn't have been more helpful. The room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and full of lots of little details to make you feel welcome. All in all a delightful spot to stay and I shall definitely remember it for future visits to the area. Or better yet a weekend eacape.

Lovely place to stay for a peaceful and quiet break. Amanda and Tony are communicative and friendly hosts that I'm sure would be glad to go the 'extra mile' if you need them to. The Rooms are warm , comfortable and have a hint of history about them. The Breakfasts are wonderful and you can even visit the chickens that...

On a chilly weekend in early March 2017 we arrived at The Barns. What a lovely warm welcome we had, the heating was turned up, fresh homemade chocolate cakes ready to eat next to the kettle and a spotless spacious bedroom with ensuite. We had a twin room which also had a table and 2 dinning chairs, 2 bucket easy...

This was our second one night visit and just as good. We were made very welcome again. We like the fact that each room is independent of the main house, allowing us to come and go without any bother. We...

Spent a night at the The Barns whilst touring the Cromer area then on to the broads. The room was immaculately prepared with home baked vanilla cakes waiting for us on arrival. The owners were very pleasant and welcoming and cooked a breakfast the next morning based on individual requests. Everything was perfect and clean, highly recommended.

What a splendid and relaxing 2 nights stay we had at The Barnes. Amanda and Tony were very welcoming. The room was magnificent with the benefit of its own entrance from the outside courtyard through an inner entrance. The room was beautifully furnished, clean and warm, with a spotless and hot shower in the roomy bathroom. Bed was very comfortable....
