Excellent food, big pool and cosy atmosphere - the place just needs a little refreshment. However, the hotel is great for a summer vacation with some friends or with the children. The terrasse is just great with a lovely view to the sea.

On the positive side, the hotel was inexpensive. That said, I advise travelers to do whatever it takes to avoid this hotel. I stayed here with a camp group for which I was a staff member. When we first arrived, several of the rooms we booked had no air conditioning or issues with plumbing. Days later, campers had to be moved from their rooms because a portion of the ceiling was falling in their room. A portion of a ceiling fell in the area where I taught as well. The indoor pool was closed, and the tiles in the outdoor pool were coming loose. They were quite uncomfortable to walk on. The food was poor.and the camp had the largest negative feedback in that area. Wifi did not work in rooms unless the room was near the pool. Later, that was disconnected for repair but never repaired. We often bought a coffee at the hotel next door and used their wifi. As for the staff, the cleaning staff were wonderful. They worked so hard and were very friendly and dedicated to their jobs. They were the highlight of the hotel and the only staff members we were sad to say goodbye to outside of the cook who came from London to cook for the summer. The crowd changed frequently with the new campers coming and going, but the one constant was the nightly "disco" that played the same track almost nightly at top volume until 11 p.m. Thankfully, the camp will not be held there in 2018.

The lounge area and bar are quite modern and comfortable. The Hotel Restaurant had its daily specials with organic tomatoes. There are two swimming pools with lifeguards. the hotel is located only a short walk from the beach with little shops and restaurants on the way.

To start, the pool was so infected, you could get some sort of virus. No cakes or sweets even if its 4* and all inclusive. The 4* hotel is actually 2-3 stars at good.Go in Sunny Beach and see Rodopi-Zvete Flora Park and see 4*.In conclusion please avoid this hotel at any cost.If you want here in Chaika there is a hotel named Detelina that is 3* but its better in all aspects than this hotel. It is also too far from the beach
