Absolutely brilliant and beautiful apartment. Rooms cleaned every day with tablet and mobile phones untouched which were left on the table. Beds made every day as well. Security guard out side 24/7 for peace of mind. Staff were all lovely would defo go back. If they had entertainment like hotels do I wouldn't have left the place at night (joys... More

My wife, Granddaughter and myself have stayed two years running at the same apartments as they are very good value and very clean, the pools are also very good with no life guards which some people may think is an issue but everyone seems to look after each other and the kids a very good atmosphere and lots of fun... We arrived early hours so was very tired, check in was fast but that could of been because we where the only ones. Receptionist was nice and friendly, but one of the others was hard work and never cracked a smile the whole time we where there. Our accommodation was fantastic we stayed in BG3 which was great for the... More

My partners dad owns an apartment in Rose Village, we haven't visited for a while but we went back this year. I can honestly say the staff are absolutely incredible. Nothing is too much trouble. I needed to print my boarding pass and they didn't even question when I asked them if I could use their printer. It's such a... More

We have just returned from a 2 week stay here. On arriving the hotel had no room for us allocated and we had to wait 1.5 hours for this to be rectified. Rooms are clean and tidy with everything you need. Air conditioning broke on day 5 which flooded the room. Broken GHDs, Mens Gillette shaver and Iphone 6s Plus.... More

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August. The apartments were very nice, clean and spacious. They were equipped with a fridge freezer, kettle, microwave and enough cutlery and crockery for 4 people. The TV didn't have any English channels but as others have said, who watches TV on holiday? The main pool was very busy with sun beds claimed... More

We have just had a week here. The apartments were clean and cared for. This is a family holiday place for those who want quiet. No ball games in the pool. If you want loud music and entertainment this is NOT the place for you. We had breakfast included which was great. We ate mostly at a restaurant which looks... More

Cant fault the place. Our room was at the back of the hotel and the only thing that would have made it better would have been a side room overlooking one of the pools. Room was clean and cleaners came in every day. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. The two pools are great.... More

I've just recently spent two weeks here, it wasn't a bad place to stay just wasn't my cup of tea! The bar and restaurant where dead on and we had a lot of good days at the pool, all it was lacking was a bit of music in my opinion. As for the sun bed thing, we where able to... More
