The last time I visited in February the food was delicious 10/10. A waiter accidentally spilt oil and vinegar on my coat but said they would reimburse dry cleaning. For the inconvenience of travelling to and from a dry cleaners, not having a coat for three days and having to drive back to the restaurant we were told we would...

I organised to have my 25th Birthday here and was incredibly picky on my location. After I decided on the K&C I went in to do a drink tasting and organise fine details. I was met with incredible hospitality by a team who clearly care about how customers feel. I was made to feel so welcome and more than a...

Firstly, the food and service was superb. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. The room however was okay but I expected more for the price of £99 a night, although breakfast was included. We booked last minute and had a dog with us but even so for the rate I expected more comfort. Our room was situated in an annexe which...

Pleasant arrival and shown to my room. outside light not working (you'll see that lighting continues to be quite a theme....) Gorgeous and stylish room. However, once in an unpacked, I realised that the 2 downlighters and one eco side light really did not have much hope against the grey wells, dark grey feature wall, and grey ceiling. Nice selection...

We came here as a family group of 7 for Sunday lunch. The waitress was lovely and was very thorough at explaining the specials on offer. She also brought a highchair for the baby which was nice. She did seem quite busy so we did have to wait quite a while for some drinks and for our mains but that...

The staff were very accommodating when I asked to book my large family meal here. We used a 'private dining' area which was perfect. The food was very tasty, especially the pizza! And we couldn't fault the service. Cocktails are a must!

Rooms - my room had not been cleaned from previous occupants , dirty laundry etc - Yuk ! Food - average . I think it must have changed hands as it used to be really good . This time I paid for a premium room - which was incredibly average and was also kept awake by the Church Bells that...

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Such a pity that we experienced similar problems to those highlighted in other reviews. E.g. Bins not empty when we arrive - soiled nappy in one.We transferred that to bin near front door which was emptied following day but bathroom bin wasn't. Tea cups not washed or replaced. Breakfast good but no cereal/fruit/yogurt option -...
