From the moment I arrived at C.W. Worth House, I felt instantly welcomed by the owners Margi and Doug. Poor Doug had to drag my 50-pound suitcase up to the second floor to the lovely Azalea Room that I had booked. I was meeting my sister and her husband (who stayed in the Rose Suite) to celebrate the graduation of...

Hosts were wonderful, food was fantastic, and the room was gorgeous! Everything is spotless and our hosts were so knowledgable about the area. I will certainly go back!! Walking distance from Front Street, nightlife and the River front made the location ideal. The garden in the back offered a quiet place to relax at the end of the evening. Can't...

I did a lot of planning before choosing the Worth house,it was close to the things I wanted to do, the owners are extremely kind but it was not the experience I was expecting, the first morning I was there the owner called the house a dump and was looking to sell,I know people have bad days but I saved for...

The owners are very nice people and the place is very cozy and clean. The breakfast is amazing, counting with fresh fruits, juice, and muffins. A real especial thing in the breakfast is the Banana-Pecan Upside-Down Pancake. It is a really delicious recipe. The coffee is also good, which for me is very important (coffee for people who really appreciate...

A stay at CW Worth House is my home away from home. The sweet owners of CWW go out of their way to accomodate your schedual and itinerary and just know how to make your stay with them very special. They give back to the community they live in and know all the special events -big or small that are...

The hosts could not have been nicer, extremely helpful with suggestions for dining out. Breakfast was a treat each morning excellent food and beautifully presented. The house was immaculate. I seriously think they must touch up paint etc everyday. I live in a 100 year old house, and they are hard to keep up. I would recommend this B&B to...

My favorite things? Adventure--exploring new places, new ideas, meeting new people and quilting! One of my friends had a very imaginative idea while she and her husband were visiting Wilmington, NC and staying at the C. W. Worth House Bed and Breakfast. She arranged with the owners, Doug and Margi Erickson, to rent the entire house for a quilt retreat...

Our quilt retreat was wonderful! Margi and Doug welcomed all 7 of us with our sewing machines and enjoyed watching us create quilts for three days. Each of us had a great time and enjoyed our private rooms and baths. We left there feeling truly pampered. We will be back!

We were treated to a Sunday brunch at C.W. Worth House in late February. Our experience was nothing short of amazing! Margi & Doug love their job and are some of the most gracious and hospitable people I've had the chance to meet since moving to the city. Our brunch menu was oh so delicious! From the toast to begin...

We had a lovely evening at the C.W House. Doug and Margi were warm and welcoming, had lots of great suggestions for dinner within walking distance and cooked a large and delicious breakfast. The room was cosy and comfortable. We will definitely visit again.
