Amazing B&B!! Shawn made us feel right at home. All the staff very friendly. Breakfasts DELICOUS and different everyday!!! Loved sitting out on the porch enjoying the view drinking a glass of wine. Wonderful restaurants in the area! Ended our day with a glass of Port Wine. Life couldn't get much better!

The facilities are perfect, the setting calm and peaceful. Nestled on a scenic country road just west of Waynesville, it is just a 5 minute drive to restaurants, bars, and other entertainment. I was lulled to sleep each night by the soothing chirp of the tree frogs. As great as the rooms are, it is Shawn and his staff that...

Shawn lives up to his reputation as the innkeeper with the mostest. He made You feel right at home and the house was ours! We had a huge suite with large fireplace. He had a cheese tray waiting for us in our frig. We were the only guests staying in the house while we were there. Great breakfast every morning....

There are rooms in the main house plus rooms in nearby buildings; the later are fairly secluded. We spent one evening on the porch of our room, surrounded by forest, where it was noisy with birds until dark and then extraordinarily quiet. Let Sean make restaurant reservations for you well in advance, as the demand for tables exceeds the supply.

My favorite B&B ever. You will not meet a nicer, more accommodating inn keeper and staff. My husband and I have been visiting The Yellow House every year for our anniversary for 5 years now. We had every intention of visiting B&Bs on up the east coast but when we found The Yellow House we made this our Inn of...

We really enjoyed The Yellow House! You will be well taken care of and the breakfast they serve are fabulous to say the least. The house is an older home and is beautiful inside. The staff was very pleasant and eager to please. We will be going back.

This place is just beautiful and the staff is very friendly! I cannot wait to go back! It's in a central location so if you want to trek around the mountains, you can and its just beautiful enough that if you want to just hang out all day, that's fun too.

My wife found this bed & breakfast online and we booked a quick getaway to catch what remained of the fall colors. We arrived on a rainy day and met our host Shawn. He was friendly and gave us a tour of the property, along with a wealth of information on the area. Our room was the Carriage Suite, which...

This was a nice get away for me and my wife. What an amazing first experience with a Bed and Breakfast. Waynesville NC is a beautiful place for a peaceful vacation. Shawn, the Inn Keeper, was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. The breakfasts were delightful. The Creme Brule' French Toast was mouth watering. We will definitely be going back to...

The Yellow House and its staff are entirely welcoming. Our room, and the public rooms in the house, were entirely comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and accessible. The breakfasts are off the charts --- creme brûlée French toast, are you kidding?! -- and every little amenity you can think of is available. Shawn said, "We want it to be like...
