We thoroughly enjoyed a couple of days with you. The sight of the nearby mountains was awesome. The continental breakfast each morning was so good! The staff was friendly and helpful!

This was a spur of the moment overnight stay during the leaf season in western NC. We didn't want to spend $100s , so we decided to give this hotel a try. Also, we wanted to take our dog. We were pleasantly surprised! The room was clean, and comfortable. The flooring was a linoleum, so that was good. The beds...

This hotel was a default choice. The staff is absolutely friendly and accommodating. They are doing the best they can do and are appreciative of you, the customer. Everything was OK. Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. There are many preferred places to stay, but we planned at the last minute and this was available. The biggest downer was over...

The service was good but the room was lacking. There were two tacky stains on the carpet by the sink. We were originally given 307 but then at the last it was changed to 301. I'm not sure why the change was made. My dog is not a barker and we took him with us at all times. We have...

Took my granddaughter to the mountains for 2 different Halloween train rides. This was our stopover on the way home. Very clean hotel conveniently located to the highway with beautiful views of the mountains. Pleasant stay and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was probably one of the best nights sleep at a hotel that I have had in a...

Nothing particularly good or bad. Room was OK, bed comfortable. Because of the season, it was way overpriced, but all of the other hotels in the area were as well. Breakfast uninspired; no yogurt or fresh fruit, no eggs (except hard boiled).

What a great view. Will come back on my next visit. I am very happy with the recent updates and it's close to the Parkway, Lake Junaluska, Cherokee. The front desk recommended Sagebrush Steakhouse and it was very good for dining close to our hotel. The staff was very friendly.

Great location; however the experience was not so great. In the room the blanket smelled of someone's stinky armpits, there were cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor (in a non smoking room), there were not enough towels provided and those that were provided smelled of cigarettes. We stayed here years ago and enjoyed it. This time was not good. I...

This was a one night stay. Got there about midnight and price was some what high. Didn't stay long left early next morning. But over all friendly staff. Clean room. I love the wood floor. I think all motels should have wood floors. So much clearner than carpet. Looks alot better also. The king size bed we had slept good....
