This B&B is situated opposite Trinity Church, a 5 minute walk over the swing bridge to the centre of the town. Debbie the hostess is a font of information and cooks an excellent breakfast. Our room was spacious with a king size comfortable bed and a decent size en suite. There was also a single bed. Tea and coffee are...

This is a wonderful little B&B in the historic township of York about 1.5hrs drive east of Perth. We were visiting for the mediaeval pageant and stayed one night only, but would have been happy to stay longer. The rooms are ideal for 3 people and extremely clean and tidy, with a nice outdoor area and lovely gardens. Breakfast is...

Couldn't fault our stay at the Swan Lodge B&B. Debbie, the hostess was such a friendly lady and cooked up a great breakfast in a delightful setting. We stayed overnight here and couldn't have asked for more. The owners were so friendly, made sure we had everything we needed, and it was a nice comfortable room with king size bed, bathroom and kitchenette. The owners are quite new to Swan Lodge, but they're perfect for this and will do well. Couldn't fault it!
