Parry Creek Farm Tourist Resort and Caravan Park is 120 acres of natural Kimberley bush land 10 minutes off the Great Northern Highway. Turning onto Parry Creek Road there is 8klms on a Shire maintained gravel road until you arrive at our driveway. 25 minutes from Wyndham and the closest accommodation to the northern end of the Gibb River Road. We are surrounded by the famous wetlands of Parry Lagoon Nature Reserve which are Ramsar listed and a bird watchers paradise! With over 200 bird species known to live on and around the Parry Creek Farm area you'll be sure to tick a few off your bucket list. Camping includes 36 powered sites, 40 unpowered sites, 3 Tree Top cabins with air conditioning, 4 Motel Rooms with shared bathroom and a fully licenced restaurant. We are also on mains power so no generators and no helicopter tours, we offer a truly peaceful get away for the traveler. Shaded camps are limited due to the loss of our big trees through drought and the grass is dependent on the wet season! But we can guarantee a blanket of stars and sunsets that sooth the soul. Our pool is open for most of the season so come and enjoy a cool swim and a delicious meal in our restaurant.

Detailed Reviews
Parry Creek Farm is back open after the wet season, the rooms and grounds are clean and green and the staff as enthusiastic and friendly as ever from the very helpful owners with their great tips for what to do in the area to the restaurant and bar staff, chef and ground staff. We stayed three nights on a work trip to the area. Dinner mains menu is short but nice, I recommend the steak. Plenty of caravan sites available from the looks of it. Worth a short or long stay, especially if you are into bird spotting.

We stayed on a powered site for two weeks while we waited for the busy school holiday season to finish. They have drive through powered sites (and non powered) with plenty of space between vans. The amenities are cleaned daily and they are not closed while that happens so you don't have to time your shower to avoid cleaning time. Lovely shady restaurant area, a billabong hosting a crocodile or two to give you something to look for each day, not too formal, swimming pool and with extremely friendly staff. Close to the beautiful Marlgu Billabong. Highly recommended.

Hidden little gem of a spot. Stayed 3 nights Mark and the staff fantastic and always took time out of their day to assist and offer their knowledge of the local area and spots to see. Highly recommend staying here the night also for a day trip to Emma Gorge as only 40 minute drive. The standout was the dinner I had heard good things and chef did not disappoint it was 1st class
Special mention to Alfie who takes the free 7.30 guide to telegraph and billabong and is a fantastic story teller kids and adults thoroughly enjoyed
Well done Parry Creek Farm amazing place to stay

Our tour guide Paul told us we had to stop here for afternoon swim and drink. What an oasis in the Kimberley for the young and old. The owners Mark and Bronwyn are the most friendly genuine people you will meet. The pool is amazing, the camp grounds are fantastic. Mark and his wife have only just taken possession and are making awesome changes. The little bar which serves locally brewed beers that were fantastic and refreshing. We stayed for dinner and Mike the Chef is talented and the food was second to none. The dumplings were light and amazing, the wontons were crispy and so tasty. The mains we had was the salted port belly. It was melting in the mouth words cannot describe the taste. It was the best port belly ever had.
They also offer a local indigenous tour guide run by Alfie that should not be missed as he is a character and has a wealth of local knowledge.
It is not far from Gibb River turn off. The road in was really good. If you miss this place you are missing one of the true joys of the Kimberley. 5 stars does not do it justice.

Having staying at a number of locations in the East Kimberley, this would be the first I would come back to. Every thing was right.
Check in was very informative, providing information on what to do and wat to see, with maps provided. Definitely go the the bird sanctuary which is a short drive away.
We had a room over looking the billabong, up stairs, very clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable.
Good meals, see separate review.
Fantastic tag along tour (free) in the morning conducted by Alfie, told us of the information, taking us to telegraph hill and the bird sanctuary. Alfie, did a fantastic job.

We stayed in one of the cabins and had an amazing stay. Staff was so friendly and helpful, cabin was newly renovated and very nicely decorated - and the location was as remote as we could wish for. The free guided tour in the morning was also a super experience!

A little oasis amongst dirt and rocks
As you enter the camping ground you will see large boab trees and gum trees for shade in the excruciating heat of WA. We were greeted by the lovely Rae and John the licensee…. The swimming pool beckoned as we set up camp for a few days. Happy Hour with cold drinks and great snacks were had around the pool. Full restaurant or camp kitchen or your own kitchen. It has a resident 5 meter crocodile so beware of the waters edge. Go for a walk around the tree top lagoon walk past the private tree chalets.
It’s a great place to relax

Wonderful peaceful stay for four nights.
Lovely welcome by Staff. So much knowledge of the area easily shared in a friendly way at the restaurant.
A swim was appreciated, an oasis in the Kimberley.
Beautiful scenery with a great advantage of viewing birds in this region on the creek.
Crocodile siting at sunset on the lagoon from the bird hide.
Look forward to another visit when time permits.

You couldn't ask for much more. Different accommodation types from 5 acres of unpowered sites to riverview cabins. Nice refreshing pool, camp kitchen, licensed restaurant and only a 25 min drive from one of the best birding sites I've been to.

If you want a quiet and friendly place to base yourself out of then this is the spot for you. The staff are friendly and helpful and the pool and bathroom are clean and tidy.
There’s plenty of tables and chairs to order a meal or grab a beer or wine and relax while chatting to other travellers or watching the footy or what ever is on the tv.
There is a lagoon with a resident crocodile and plenty of bird life to observe. You can walk across the raised platform to see the lagoon with all its lily pads, barramundi and other little critters.
We really enjoyed our stay here
