Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Wide sites with gravel base. Good staff. Bit of road noise but generally quiet park Excellent new shower and toilet block. Camp kitchen good. Nice township nearby and places to visit. Local mining museum in the town is excellent- must visit Did not use the Motel side of the business

We were looking for a safe and quiet stop enroute to Kalgoorlie- had travelled nearly 600k for the day. Park shows signs of renovations and had beautiful new amenities block and camp kitchen- we wanted drive through and stay hooked up- very accomodating staff, no problem. Also recommended places to eat. Great park. Plenty to see and do if you want to stay longer.

We had a powered site for one night only and were disappointed that we had not planned to stay longer. The park has been upgraded with very tidy and spacious sites. New amenities very neat and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were thankful that it was such a quiet spot as we needed a good nights sleep. The room was comfortable and the camp kitchen close by so we could prepare our evening meal. The room we had could do with a bit of maintenance as the glass shower screen was cracked.

We stayed at the caravan park on our way to Adelaide. Did not expect much, just wanted a night to stay, but were pleasantly surprised. As you enter the caravan park, it has a good feel - wide, open area, large, level sites. It has a brand new abolution block and laundry - wow, that was a surprise. Kitchen/communal room is not really useable, but that didn’t worry us, as long as we could use the freezer for ice packs. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at Souther Cross Caravan Park on our way to {erth from southern NSW. It was just a one night stopover but we were certainly made to feel welcome. The amenities looked to be reasonably new and were well maintained. After having a look around and having a dscussion with the manager I learned that the new Camp Kitchen wasn't too far off being completed, they were just waiting for the builder to finish the benchtops. Pets are allowed in the caravan park but not in the cabins.

We stayed one night on our way from Dongara to Kalgoolie. We had a queen bed room in the motel and it was really good. The room was spacious included a table for 2 inside plus a table and chairs outside, nice little bench and microwave, toaster etc so great for breakfast etc. Bed was comfortable, room was sparkly clean and fresh and the bathroom was brand new. The motel is on the site of a caravan park that also looks very good. Lots space, amentities looked very good and the gardens are just lovely. Beautiful flowers and lots of birds....so a great place to stay.

We had a one night stay in the caravan park on our way to the GreatCentral Road. Clean facilities. Reasonable price. Only downside is noise of road trains on the highway. Friendly staff. I would stay here again.
