Due to a change in flight conditions we had to make an expected stop in Northam. Our late afternoon booking for two room was efficiently handled and we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable for an overnight stay. We came totally unprepared for this visit so we needed guidance and food, all manner of assistance was given, breakfast was supplied and Gluten free items were cheerfully included - Yay! Highly recommended.

My two children (8 and 4 years) and i stayed here for two nights during a three night country railway adventure (one night in Merredin first!).
James and Kylie are great hosts, and we were upgraded to a King Suite as we stayed during a quiet time. Seeing as my kids and their kids made friends, probably a good job it wasn't busy!
The room is modern and spotless, and my son was particularly pleased the TV had Netflix and YouTube! The pool was great, my son spending lots of time in it, although my daughter was scared of the "furry monster" that was cleaning it! The garden is well-appointed with those great views over town and the sunset.
James bent over backwards for us, giving us a couple of lifts into town as the little feet grew weary of the (very slow) 20 minute walk from town.
We'll definitely stay here again, but next time with the car so we can get out a little further afield around the picturesque Avon Valley.
Thanks again to James and Kylie, I'll be back , with and without the kids!

Just a few km from the main street, this lovely accommodation is nestled amongst other homes. The room we chose was a small suite with separate bedroom/en suite, kitchenette/lounge. The door way opens onto pool area. We selected Fairway Manor as it was close to the Northam Airport, where we were to meet for a hot air ballooning escapade. We could check out after we returned from the ballooning. Clean and tidy. Friendly hosts. Amenities provided (coffee pod machine, fresh milk, hair dryer, shampoo).

Drove several hours to reach the hotel so both my wife and I were quite tired. No pets allowed although several dogs barking just enough to get frustrating. Our room entrance was situated in a large enclosed thoroughfare which resonated even the smallest of sounds. The bed was facing the doorway which in turn faced a parking bay 2 mtrs away so headlights shining in and cars moving about wasn't fantastic for R&R. A different room may have offered a different experience, but the premium paid for a delux king suite, wasnt worth it. Well appointed room but an overall disappointing stay. We wouldnt stay here again.

Thankyou Paul for your review. I am surprised and disappointed that you didn’t enjoy your stay at Fairway Manor especially when most feedback we receive is that it was quiet and relaxing. The room that you stayed in Was a King Studio room and the car park in front of your door is designated to that room as was explained to you on checkin. The glass door also has privacy and blockout blinds to stop light coming in.

Fairway manor is in a great location sitting high up and overlooking the surrounding area and what a view, by day or night it's just lovely. Rooms are around a central pool, which we thought ideal and loads of parking. We were met by James who was very friendly and gave us lots of information about the area. Our room was awesome very clean and tidy with a separate bedroom and included everything you would need and more. Bed and pillows were a dream. We were very impressed and even brought relatives over to check it out for future stays. Would definitely recommend staying here you will not be disappointed. Thanks for sharing your lovely home we would definitely stay again.

Our room was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and bath towels instead of small drying towel, was an added nice touch. The manor is also conveniently located to all amenities and tourist attractions

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairway Manor Booking direct with James was easy and he sent detailed instructions to find our way . There is plenty of off-street parking and we had a queen suite upstairs. Our suite was a good size and well set out with a kitchen/lounge and a desk in the bedroom. Bathroom is large with an excellent shower and really great towels. There are two large drawers to stow toiletries etc- so often there is no room to do so. The bed was excellent with lovely linen and we were warm and cosy. There is air con in the suite which worked efficiently although we didn't need it for long despite the chilly overnight temperatures. Although not large, the kitchen area has a microwave, small oven and hotplate and various utensils/pots and pans so cooking or heating a meal is easy. There is a bar fridge with fresh milk, a coffee machine and the usual kettle and toaster. The swimming pool is very inviting and there is plenty of outdoor sting and a lovely garden Highly recommended

We booked the deluxe king suite for an overnight stay.
I was apprehensive because whilst the photos on their website looked great, the reasonable prices had me wondering if the photos were better than the reality.
I was pleasantly surprised by a spacious, clean and well presented suite.
James greeted us on arrival and in all dealings with him he was friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this accomodation recently while attending training at Northam hospital. I found it Very clean and tidy modern accomodation. I was Greeted by very friendly and professional owners making me feel very safe and accomodating to any queries I had. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for one night leading up to hot air ballooning as they were recommended by Winward ballooning. We were not disappointed. Quaint little B&B tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful gardens where you could sit and see the town of Northam.. James (the owner) made you feel like you were a mate coming to stay and he could not be any more helpful. He looks after everyone.. The rooms are beautiful presented and are very well equipped. Most rooms are poolside. Very nice.. (we even got an arrival shot as we ballooned passed) Very accommodating to our needs considering we had to leave 4.00am.

Hi there, when I stayed here, I was provided with 2 slices fresh bread, yogurt, fruit, butter ,jam and vegemite! There was also a small carton of fresh milk which was a nice surprise. I was also provided with a kettle , toaster cutlery, china plates and coffee and tea mugs, the fridge contained bottled water and cold glasses and cold wine glasses in the fridge waiting too! Is not completely self contained as you wouldn't be able to cook a meal in there but I'm sure if you had any requests ,Susan would be more than happy to accommodate you.
There are more places to choose from in the Northam area.
