Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had a standard room. It had plenty of room, comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom. The whole room was very clean and it had all of the amenities that you might expect, including a microwave. The motel is quite close to a road out of town but it was very quite with little traffic. The motel is just across the road from the Foxes Lair nature park; a very nice place to walk into.

The service was wonderful. When we had a couple of problems, the staff were very obliging and did all that they could to help us.

My partner and I had to stay in Narrogin for a week for the birth of our first baby. With covid causing hospital stays to be drastically shortened we needed a place to stay. We stayed in a deluxe room which had plenty of room for us three. The staff and owners are all so friendly, when we had problems with noise they were happy to help us resolve it. From a loud neighbour to a game of parking lot footy banging our door, they always did everything they could to help.

The room was beautiful and clean, the large showers are great for a larger gent such as myself. We did have a little lizard work his way into the room but a tea towel and a soft hand got him on his way.

The only thing stopping me from rating this place perfect is it did feel just a tad pricey for what you get. You can request a microwave. tea and kettle is provided. But there is no cutlery. I had to ask the kitchen for a knife and fork.

These are all minor concerns though and along as you don't expect to be staying at the Hilton here in Narrogin then you'll be happy

I stay regularly because I don’t have a choice. The other accomodation, the Narrogin motel is not any better. Both have the same problems. Water goes cold in the shower after a minute or two, TV’s have either faulty controls and when you ask for help, they say that it’s because they are old. Decor is still from the 70’s. Cupboards only seem to get replaced if it is completely dead. They both are friendly when you arrive and it’s when it’s time pay. The restaurants food is either average or tastes like a frozen meal reheated. If someone built a decent, more modern motel close by they would lose a lot of business. They are full most of the time due to civil works near by.

The room was clean and spacious. Air-conditioning was quiet and efficient and kept us warm and cosy. The bed was firm and comfortable with several extra blankets if one didn't wish to keep the zircon on. Shower was hot and steamy.

Clean sweet and friendly!
We stayed here for a couple of nights a very sweet little place.
We’ve always wanted to stay in a motel and we will be back next year!
Our room was cleaned both days and our tea coffee and biscuits were replenished.
Highly recommend to anyone in the area passing through narrogin .

Always exceptionally clean, food is impeccable, staff are friendly. I stay here every fortnight as a part of regional travel. Albert facey is good value for a regional small town. Tv works and I connect my laptop to stream. Internet is great for this region. Shower hot. Fridge clean. Parking easy. This is a busy motel so expect traffic. It is always busy.

Well appointed rooms, old school furnishings but the rooms always smell fresh and clean. Food is delicious, well made and great value. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is great for a dip, restaurant is a plus for a little time out of the room. The best in Narrogin.

I came here for 2 days to conduct some training. I have found the staff to be polite and really friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely and cleaned even after only one day. The restaurant serviced exceptional food, can't speak highly enough. Thank you!

I stayed in a deluxe room. It was comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a nice hot shower! Great for one or two nights whilst passing through. The decor and linen were fine, but not modern. The place was nice and quiet, with no traffic noise.

We stayed one night at the Albert Facey Motel in a three-bed family room. The room was fairly large, and was in a clean condition. The beds were comfortable but the decor seemed a little tired. It is on the edge of town, but only is a easy five-minute drive to town centre. We really like the nice touch of providing a few Arnott's biscuits and fresh milk with the tea and coffee. However, we thought that at over $170 per night, it was a bit expensive for it's regional location - we'd pay that for similar facilities in Perth.
