We stayed overnight at Esperance Central Accommodation before heading off to Cape Le Grand the following morning.

Seem less check in/out - Jason left the key for us so we could go straight in, and we just had to drop them in the box when we left.

Comfortable apartment - a big plus was the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. Just what we needed after a few days on the road.

Plenty of food and drink options within walking distance (Taylor Street Quarters highly recommended).

Stayed 2 nights midweek. Decent location on The Esplanade, about 10 mins walk from the shopping area. Clean, comfortable, quiet and adequately equipped. But it is decidedly compact for a 2 bedroom unit - quite small living/dining area, and the main bedroom door would not open fully, impeding access to 1 side of the bed. Fine for 1 person but not a longer stay or for 3+ people. Good at-door parking. Free wi-fi and laundry facilities.

I should say that I had originally booked to come down in February but as sod's law would have it after 10 months of no cases Perth went into lockdown again. As per the cancellation policy I should have lost my money but to her credit Katie allowed me to rebook.

After a long drive from Perth there was a mix up with the accommodation as despite having a reservation there were no rooms available for me. The first person I spoke with wasn't particularly helpful or sympathetic but the second person (Katie?) to her credit did phone somewhere else so I could get a bed for the night.

In hindsight I wished I had just stayed in the other place along the road. The price is similar but the apartments are larger and nicer in my opinion. There was only two of us in the apartment and I found space was tight, if there were 4 of you then I think it would feel claustrophobic. That said the accommodation was perfectly adequate for our stay, and miles better than the dive in Albany I was heading to, but I'm not sure I would book again.

Great value in the most perfect of locations. Jason is the most unobtrusively helpful and lovely man. We had everything we needed. Nice and quiet despite being almost fully booked. Wifi was great. Couldn’t fault this place.

Comfortable hotel and reasonably priced. 1 & 2 bedroom apartments across from the beach can walk to town. Esperance has the most beautiful water I have seen in the world when you see a post card it loos Exactly like that. You can go out on boats go diving. Great quality restaurants and obviously the fish is always fresh.

We stayed for a week and the living area was very small, but the bedrooms were ample size and we managed to fit a portacot in too. Was great to have our own BBQ, washer and dryer. Full marks to the cleaner for a very well job done. Would have been nice to have the 2 TVs as described in the advertising and I know the bad reception cannot be helped. Would have been nice to meet the manager, but maybe we could meet him next year, as we plan to return to what was an all round fantastic family holiday.

we had looked up the web for potential lodging for three nights, during which we would visit relatives and attend a wedding.
we firstly thought motel, but varied our search to self contained accommodation and it must be close to the shopping precinct.
when we discovered the All Seasons it had those requirements. It is not a large complex, it was quiet as is Esperance, it was clean, neat and had the necessary parking facility at the front of the apartment, the linen, towels etc., the hot plate, microwave, cutlery, refrigerator, air conditioning, washing machine, clothes dryer and two TVs, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom, there was also a communal barbecue. For garden lovers there was sadly none, and alas there was no swimming pool, BUT just over the road a park and the ocean, where you could swim as much as you want. There are two hotels within one kilometre, there is a Chinese restaurant in the street behind, which has in our opinion the best Chinese we have tasted and we went there twice in those three nights and on the beachfront opposite our accommodation a licensed bar/café. The foreshore opposite has great walkways that follow the magnificent bay. I end on suggesting that Esperance has the most pristine beaches in Australia.

Responded 6 Dec 2018
Thank you so much for your review Kathy. There's been a few changes since your visit last year. We have now changed our name to Esperance Central Accommodation and made a few updates to furniture, painting, signage etc. We have more of a central laundry area now also to make more room available in the bathrooms .Our WIFI is now second-to-none in speed and effective delivery - we are pretty proud to have finally got that sorted!! We hope you get back to Esperance one day to enjoy our amazing coastline again...we agree...the most pristine in Australia!!

What value for money! What a find. This place is not precocious and homey feeling. Self contained, full kitchen facilities, well minus the oven...lol...all the basics supplied, including a washing machine and dryer! Clean with only a little wear and tear showing. Comfortable bed, pillows a little flat for us, but we had our own, lounge chair and 2 place dining... Beautiful walk into the center of town via the esplanade, amazing jetty cafe and bar just over the road...would stay again...and at $125 per night, we stayed in room 6. I think the rooms may all be a little different but can't say with certainty.
