Highlights: The fair priced self serve laundry facilities work well. The table, chairs and dishes were appreciated. The motel was the only place we could find with vacancy. Lowlights: We were hassled by reception for tardiness when we were still loading our car at 10:03am (check out is 10:00am). We also received a knock on our door when our do not disturb sign was up and our daughter in bed. This wasn’t for an emergency but instead to indulge the neighbors who had reportedly whined we were in their unmarked parking spot. This unintentional infraction would have resulted in the guests needing to walk a whole 7 steps to their room. While staff cheerfulness was abound, we did not feel like valued guests or customers as a result of these 2 encounters. In other opportunities for improvement, the mattress is due for replacement, the freezer needs servicing and the fridge smells.

Room Tip: There is some drama with parking so maybe check ahead of time if you have a boat or 2 cars.

Very impressed with this accommodation. Although a little dated, the bathroom has been well renovated with classy fittings. A small well equipped kitchen area was welcome and unusual. The room spacious, very clean with crisp white sheets. Very friendly staff, fast check in, all very no fuss or bother. Will definitely stay here again. Oh and excellent value given prices for accommodation in Esperance.

We stayed 2 nights and the motel was fully booked. The reception is open from 8AM to 8PM and the check in was quick and polite. The room was large and clean with microwave, kettle and fridge. The large parking area in front of the entrance made it easy to transport luggage. Unfortunately we had room number 6, the furthest from the reception, and unfortunately the wifi doesn't work there. The location of the motel is relatively close to the centre. Definitely worth for what it costs and a good solution to stay in Esperance.

We left booking for a last minute trip a bit late. This was all that was available. It is very average. Bedrooms & sheets were clean and made daily. I felt like I needed to wear thongs in the shower but as the water didn’t drain during showering it didn’t make much difference. The corners were scummy and the tiles on floor looked like needed a good scrub. Bathroom very outdated. Maybe a bit of a freshen up would make all the difference.

The location is good in terms of being close to town, however the road outside is pretty busy and loud. The place itself is pretty old and tired with the price making it popular with tradies who like to rev up their utes and lorries at the crack of dawn. Housekeeping was very hit and miss, had to complain twice about the room not being serviced, then towels still weren't changed and glasses put away dirty. Won't rush back.

Firstly, the rate is affordable in fact one of the cheapest in the town. Parking right in front of your room so very convenient for guests especially when you load or unload your bags. The hotel location is in the town, near to the bay. Met the owner, very friendly and informative. The room is clean and looked after very well.

The Bayview Motel was a great place to stay, it was a very roomy place and very clean. It was also quite close to the town centre and close to some of the tourist attractions in the centre of the town that we visited and the cost was very good as well.

Sleep Quality
Room Tip: It was very quiet behind the entrance of the Motel and we had a Standard Two Bedroom room.

Clean comfortable room. Great bed & great night sleep. Clean bathrooms. Rooms were well serviced. No cooking facilities in the room so had to go go out for food. Plenty of options available nearby though. Enjoyed our stay very much.

I would like to thank the Management of the Bayview motel for the over and above care they showed me last Monday, post breaking my arm while camping out of Esperance. Arriving at the motel after camping for a week, i looked like the wild man of Borneo, dirty, unshaven and my arm in a sling. The management team, sorted my accommodation and gave me shaving cream and ice they put in my esky for me. I very much appreciate the level of care and compassion shown to me.

I've been to similar hotel/motel chains thus I know what to expect. This particular hotel stands out among the other motels for many reasons - 1st is cleanliness. From the beddings to the floorings/walls and toilets - the room is as clean as it can get. 2nd is the beddings are hotel quality - crisp clean white sheets and pillows, comfy blankets, and extra pillows and blankets provided. 3rd is the amenities - aside from the usual toiletries and coffee/tea, they also provide cutleries, bread toaster and microwave, and a big plus they also provide dishwashing liquid. Just bring your food and you're good to dine in the room. 4th is housekeeping. Room is cleaned and tidied daily (and done very well -kudos to the cleaner). 5th is the room size - bigger than the other motels, at least the room that was assigned to us. The room even has a dining table! 6th reason (last but not the least) is the staff's welcoming spirit and no fuss check in and check out. Very friendly and accommodating. Needless to say, I will stay here again if we ever come back to Esperance.
