Beautiful spot in the forest. Not far from the river for swimming and kayaking. The chalets are comfortable and fairly modern. Good BBQ on the veranda. We o my stayed for one night, but would like to come back for longer.

Very nice place to stay, close to nature, with good experiences (for Asian) to keep the fire place lit up at all times, wild kangaroos just out our chalet. Clean and well equipped, we had a comfortable stay there. Only thing (probably also good adventure), we have to go through a rather isolated jungle road to reach the chalet, something like...

We stayed here for one night en route to Margaret River. Not long enough! Beautiful house in a stunning location in the middle of a forest. Lots of walks available straight from the door. Kangaroos in the garden in the evening! We stayed in the main house - our room was spotlessly clean. Communal small kitchen with fridge, microwave etc....

We discovered we needed to fill a night on our way back to Perth from the south coast and stumbled across DwellingUp - turned out to be a great find. Before arriving we were told "there's nothing there" - but how wrong that person was (he should have known better considering he was in the tourist trade). This is a...

After a lovely drive down to Dwellingup from Perth we turned south onto Nanga Road then left into River Road. Dodging potholes in the shadows cast by the forest around us as the sun started heading for the horizin we came upon our destination in a clearing. WOW !! Very impressive entrance driving around a dam to the main building...

I didn't meet the owners but Dave the caretaker was very helpful. Drove us into town and picked us up after our dinner. He was very friendly and had good knowledge of things to do in the area. We loved out chalet, had a lovely break

Excellent value - the walks with the kangaroos and campfire was a highlight. Very quiet and good place to escape from the busy life. Close to the steam train and lane Poole park, which our child enjoyed very much. Definitely come back again.

We had a lovley long weekend away, with no mobile reception, no internet and no TV. The chalet we stayed in was very well equipped and the pot belly stove was a big plus. It was so relaxing sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine or two and a Charcuterie Board, listening to the wild life while talking....

A very peaceful getaway, the fire was lit and a bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival, everything you could want for a pleasant break. The chalet we had was Red Robin which has a great view of the bird life enjoying their bath time. The setting is fabulous and very memorable.
