We stayed here for 5 nights the amenities where cleaned daily and had plenty amenities located around the park. Camp kitchen very good the only thing you need to make sure you have all of your cooking utensils as none are provided. The staff are friendly and helpful. The park is ideally located close to the town area, short walk...

A group of 9 4WDs (13 people) camped here for the night before venturing into the High Country. We chose the unpowered sites near the creek as we were all self sufficient. As each site can accommodate 2 people, we were able to share each site to minimise the overall cost. I personally had a pleasurable time. The staff were...

Thanks so much for your review Glenn - sounds like it would have been a fun way to see the High Country and we are pleased we were able to provide a comfortable place to rest before your big adventure. We hope to welcome you back for a little longer next time to explore the Bright area. Until then, happy...

Sensational spot for a quiet family getaway, stayed in one of the new Feathertop villas and it was very well thought out and setup, everything we needed was included and the built in BBQ was spot on. The new pool and spa where a hit with our young bloke. Easy 5 minute stroll along the river into town and a...

Our first visit to this park was a camping weekend with 3 young children. At reception when the staff showed our campsite on the map i queried that it looked far away from facilities only to be brushed off with 'oh it just looks like that on a map' It definitely wasn't just far on a map.. As I have...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us campingwithkids12 although it is disappointing to hear the site location marred your stay. Our team placed your family on one of our premium creek frontage sites which are usually our preferred bookings. On check-in and once seen, we do offer guests the option to choose their own site...

We were lucky enough to stay in a river-side cabin, which was clean and beautifully appointed. As it was mid-week, and outside school holiday season, the park was peaceful and the sound of the river gurgling past was just so relaxing. A close walk to town and parks meant that we could leave the car behind and enjoy a drink...

Again we had our Family Reunion here. We were mainly in the Lodge as we were last year with a Cabin and some of the family using the powered sites as well. There have been some big improvements since our last stay. A pool and spa which was well used by us all and new bunk beds to the Lodge,...

We stayed 2 nights in the off season so plenty of sites to choose from. This park has lots of large shady trees and a creek running through the middle. It has very good amenities and is a short walk to town. It's a bit $$$ but we would rtn.

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're friends with management. But if you are that's great, it seems that you get special consideration. Horrible staff, they are rude. While I'll be coming back to stay in Bright, I definitely won't consider staying here again or even recommend to anyone else.

Hi Caitlin - it is really disappointing to hear we have not met you expectations in some way from your interaction with the park office in earlier in the year. We have still been unable to find any booking at the park under your name - as suggested back in January it would be really appreciated if you could please...

This park is more for families than empty nesters. It's generally a quality park with plenty of attractions but an unreasonable price tag. Off season it's $46 per night for a powered site. We were given a dusty spot with no slab. A $46 site should always have slabs! Good points: Pool and spa - superb!! Amenities new condition but...

I stayed here recently and was in love, the trees, creek and pool were amazing. The only thing I can complain about is that the pool closed too early. It is supposed to close at dusk, but instead families were kicked out at 8pm, when the temperature was still in the mid 30's and it was daylight.

Thanks for your feedback megasaurus1010, we are really pleased to hear you loved the parks ambience and beautiful setting. Our pool opening times are set to keep in mind all guests in the park by keeping noise to a minimum when others are trying to sleep. We close the pool area at sunset which varies throughout the year and during...
