This accommodation is nice, rain head shower only and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed using the sauna but didn't play tennis or use the pool. The free pink bikes are appreciated but a bit wobbly. The heating unit is not really sufficient for the room so the electric blanket got a workout. We chose to eat elsewhere but saw others enjoying breakfast and dinner onsite. On a practical note would suggest a tea towel to be added to the rooms. The staff were all helpful and we would stay here again midweek at the lower rate but found the weekend rate a bit high. Bright is a lovely town with beautiful walks that you can't help but enjoy.

It was a relaxing and quiet experience to visit Hara House in Bright at a time when the rest of the town was teeming with crowds of holiday makers. This small adults-only resort provided comfortable sun-lounges around a well-designed pool and bar, so it felt like we could have been anywhere. The refurbishment of a country motel into a contemporary location has been done cleverly to optimise the layout and facilities. Rooms were comfortable and well fitted-out. The no-kids ambience is a key feature of Hara House and which is why we (and many others) have chosen this place as a place to relax for a memorable getaway.

One was another lounge chair as there was two of us, and secondly, a chair in the bathroom at the vanity for people not always in a wheel chair.
Our room was beautiful, spacious and quiet, only a few steps from the amazing pool and relaxation area.
The hotel is situated right at the beginning of town, so very close to everything you could want to experience during your stay.
Apart from the pool area, there is a tennis court, wonderful spa area for massages, facial, etc. and the use of wonderful electric bikes.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hara House, and will be back another time.

This motel has been very cleverly reimagined inside snd out. It is fun, yet very comfortable and practical. Gorgeous bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Great restaurant with food that is very fresh, light and healthy. You can pull up outside pretty close to your door so that it is easy to unpack. Impressive, really good value and a fantastic addition to Bright.

Sensational, spacious boutique hotel experience within easy walking distance to the centre of Bright. Superb beds and pillows and amazing room decoration. Friendly and helpful staff. The excellent restaurant was a bonus.

Hara House is just gorgeous - fun, quirky and luxurious. The rooms are tasteful and unique. Couldn't fault it. The only reason Service and location got 4 stars is if I am going to be picky the restaurant staff were a bit green - very pleasant and lovely but a bit amateur as it seems like they were still learning the ropes and getting to know the place and menu etc. Location 4 stars as it very close to town but not "in" town if you were after that very easy walking distance experience at say night time. Overall loved it and would stay again for sure if after very upmarket hotel/motel country style accommodation.

So nice to be able to enjoy a break in a modern hotel in regional Victoria. Hara House was recently renovated and the product is great - large rooms, comfortable beds, Frette linen and robes are a few of the many touches of the detail that has gone into the impressive finished product. More important is the wonderful staff from reception to dining, room cleaning and spa. Warm, happy and a credit to the hotel. Food was exceptional both for breakfast and dinner in Pepperberry. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a break in the beautiful valley and areas that surround Bright. Hoping to return again soon.

A wonderful stay in picturesque Bright, this motel has been lovingly renovated to give a modern, yet retro chic vibe. The rooms are well sized, carefully decorated and good sized bathroom. There are plenty of activities on offer, and we used the tennis court, pool and bicycles which was great. The onsite restaurant has a quality menu and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The owner was very accommodating and friendly and it was nice to be able to chat with her about the motel and our feedback. I would happily stay at this lovely motel again, it seems popular (albeit quiet?) even on off days (start to mid week) so book ahead.

Enjoyed a stay at Hara House with a group of friends. The Modern renovations include stylish decor, comfy beds, mini bar with drinking/wine glasses and tea/coffee making facilites.
Pool, spa, sauna, tennis & bikes - what more could you ask for. Perfect location with a great river walk into town. Meg in reception was a delight. Definitely recommend a stay and we'll return for another visit.

From the minute we arrived just felt special. Meava on reception was so welcoming, we had dinner in the restaurant the first night & Sana was the perfect host & the food was absolutely amazing!! Elisha in the day spa made you feel at ease from start to finish & the hot stone massage was a real treat! The retro fitout was very tastefully done & the beds were so comfortable. Continental breakfast was included in our luxury escapes package and was beautifully presented. The staff were all so friendly, will definitely return. Thanks to all for making our short stay a very memorable one.
