We thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was unfortunately cut short by due to current pandemic situation. Location is great, right on the river, short walk into town and easy access to plenty of other walking trails. Bathrooms are spotless and heated in the mornings, camp kitchen facilities are great and the highlight is the sky lounge and deck area - daily papers provided and beautiful spot to enjoy happy hour among the tree tops. The little caravan doing pizzas in the evenings and coffees in the mornings was an added bonus. We’ll be back!

we really enjoyed ourselves at Big4 Bright. Clean, lots of shade, and the Sky Deck lounge was a comfy air conditioned retreat from the heat - where I could read the "park supplied" Herald Sun or Age. Shower and loo amenities were very clean and tidy, 5 star for a caravan park. Access into and out of the park was good, as was ability to manouver our van into our allocated site - roads are wide enough to assist swing when backing. Our 29' tip to toe van was well catered for in one of their longer sites - site 14. Internet reception was satisfactory from our site, which was in the corner of the park. We achieved clear satelite reception, although other sites may be effected by trees. Improvement : More concrete slabs would be nice.

We booked a 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom riverside cabin. The cabin was well set out and was lovely and clean. I used a tissue to wipe some condensation off the window in the morning and there was not a spot of dirt on it! We had an issue with our tv not working and when we informed management it was fixed straight away. We also used the bbq facilities which were the vest I’ve used in a park like this. As well as being very clean they cooked everything very evenly across the whole plate and not at an extremely high temperature as some bbqs do. As the youngest adult I volunteered to take the top bunk and it was so comfortable I could have stayed in bed all day! Overall had a great stay and would definitely stay again

We had a brilliant stay at the BIG4 Bright Holiday Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were spotless and the location is sensational - walking distance to everything. We camped in a tent on a site close to the river and it was great. Park is clean and quiet and very well maintained. Lots of great walks nearby. We had our Blue Heeler with us and the Park and town of Bright are very dog friendly. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for the first time in 4 years due to not being able to travel overseas and the park has improved from fantastic to excellent after around 6 prior stays.
The more modern cabins especially our one named Dinnerplain was well laid out, spotless and very quiet.
Their latest addition is a small high quality caravan which is run by Jacob and his niece which serves great coffee in the morning and gourmet pizzas in the evening which is convenient with the other dining options being full and not up to their quality.
Highly recommended and we will be back.

The location is so close to all the Bright town has to offer-we didn’t use the car at all and the young kids did the walk multiple times day.
The park is well managed and check-ins were easy. The communal areas and park were well maintained and the park policies allowed kids to ride around safely. The rooms were clean and tidy, with thoughtful additions (baby gates/scissors and cooking utensils). Would stay here again!

The stay was a bit hit and miss. We had been before and selected sites based on our previous trip. We were really happy with them, and the showers, toilets and newer family bathrooms.

The new family bathrooms have heating and are were sized, but lack benches and baths. The older family bathrooms have a bath or large sink, but fail to have any heating which makes them useless in winter.

The park advertises a “sky deck” which is a communal space. But be warned they hire it out privately, which means unfortunately it isn’t available to park guests. On cold nights and mornings this space wasn’t available to us which was severely disappointing. Staff were unhelpful and lacked any care when we asked them about it. They were more concerned about taking the sign down than they were cleaning it and having the furniture returned so we could use it. The function was Saturday night and it wasn’t cleaned and returned to use until late Monday night.

Additionally, electrical and gas works were being done in the communal kitchen area, again with no warning from park staff - so when we went to use it one day it wasn’t available and again, staff showed little to no sympathy or condolences.

It’s an expensive park to stay in compared with others, and while the facilities are new and super clean, we won’t stay again based on the lack of stuff for kids to do and the lack of helpfulness from staff. Next trip to Bright we will book the NRMA park.

Hi Sarah We are currently in negations with company's to upgrade our kids facility's and should be up and running by Christmas this year. we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and its unfortunate that you were unable to use our Skydeck - we do hire this out and on occasion it is for private use. we are unsure of the camp kitchen issue and i have spoken to maintenance and they said it was only closed for around 20 min. Our staff are very friendly so also not sure what has happened there. We hope that one day you can try our park again and we can exceed you expectations. Regards the Big4 Bright Team

Stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom villa overlooking the ovens river. The villa was set amongst trees and we enjoyed the birds that visited.
We parked our car on arrival and never used it again until we left as we walked or rode bikes to the nearby streets and neighbouring towns Porpunkah and Wandiligong. The park was very quiet and everything presented spotlessly.

We booked for a few days to get away in our caravan. This park has some of the best facilities I have seen anywhere we have travelled. The amenities are new and spot on. Above that there is a Sky Room Lounge where you can sit and look out over the park or by the fire in winter, it is amazing.
Each morning the caravan/coffee shop which sits in the middle of the park is open for a morning hit, and the coffee was great. At night they sell Pizza by order.
The location is also fantastic, walking distance to town and all the fantastic restaurants etc. We will certainly return to Bright Big 4

Stayed in the Kelly cabin for 4 nights. Cabin was well appointed and clean. No laundry facilities in the cabin though and no dishwasher. (There is a pay laundry in the park). Didn’t realise the Kelly cabin is situated on the external road and not in the park and it is designed for disabled access so not great for younger primary kids or a romantic weekend. Cabin comes with 2 double beds. TV in the living area is set to a wall where there is no couch to watch it from so you either have to move a large couch or watch from a bar stool. Main issue was the lack of an internet signal on the free wifi and poor reception on Telstra. Had to sit outside to get a signal which isn’t great. Mentioned this to staff and suggested they do something about it. A/C wasn’t operating when arrived however this was addressed quickly by the maintenance guy the following day (a safety switch had tripped) when I reported it (however still had an unpleasant night with no AC).

Thank you for taking the time to review our beautiful park and your comments. We have many varied types of cabins and some do have washing machines and dishwashers. Our friendly staff would be happy to assist you in choosing the right one for you next time you stay with us. The WiFi in the town can at times be poor on high visitation times, and we apologize for this. We hope that you will return to stay with us again in the future and please don't hesitate to ask our friendly staff for the best type of accommodation to suit your needs. Your BIG4 Bright Holiday Park Team.
