Nestled in a quiet court location moments from the Rail Trail, Alpine Valley Cottages offer a peaceful escape while still being close to all that beautiful Bright has to offer. Alpine Valley Cottages are a modern and spacious take on an old miners cottage. Each cottage features King beds, spa and wood fire plus all the essentials required for a perfect holiday experience. Alpine Valley Cottages are suitable for couples, families and small groups. Maple Wood Fire Cottage has one King bedroom and one bathroom (with spa), while Birch Wood Fire Cottage offers 2 King bedrooms, each with ensuite (one with spa). The second bedroom can be spilt into 2 single beds upon request. The cottages are linked with a soundproof internal door, which can be opened to cater for a larger group. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness, presentation and location of Alpine Valley Cottages. And, we also understand that it's the little things and personal touches that really make a holiday home welcoming.

We rented this cottage over 6 nights to explore Bright and really enjoyed our stay. We liked the fire, bubble baths and quiet location of the cottage. Walking distance to Bright also if wanting to explore in the evening. Easy location to drive further afield or ride the rail trail.

We booked a two bedroom cottage since sometimes me and my husband sleep separate if he snores. One thing to look out for when booking is to make sure you are getting the two bedrooms. When we arrived one room was locked, we asked about it after vacating property and wish we had asked about it before then.

The owner advised that when you book there is an option that asks if you need the second bedroom, I dont remember seeing this but it could be just to untick a box. As a rule of thumb, send a text or email saying you will use the two bedrooms if you have booked it that way.

Hi Ashlene, We are very sorry about the mixup with the bedrooms. If only you had mentioned this to us on checkin and we would have sorted this for you straight away. Hopefully your stay was still restful and we can be of better service with the room arrangement next time. Thank you again for taking the time to write a review. Regards, Anne and Marthijs

We have stayed at Alpine Cottages every year over summer and the cottage is wonderful. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a quiet stay. Walking distance to the main part of town along a leafy walk/bike track makes this accommodation easily accessible to all the attractions - coffee, shopping and bike trails...what more can you ask for :)

Impeccably clean, well-furnished and cosy; a perfect wintery cottage.

We had a wonderful time in Bright and loved this cottage. It's in a quiet street, 5 minutes drive/15 minutes walk from the centre.

The cottage was also fully stocked with everything you could need and the fire was absolutely perfect for the cold nights.

This cabin is spacious, cosy and has everything you need. It is a 15 min walk or ride on Rail Trail to the town centre. There are so many beautiful walks nearby. The restaurants and cafes were keeping strict numbers due to COVID 19 so book well in advance.

The owners were very welcoming from the moment we booked providing us with plenty of advice and information which was very much appreciated. The cottage itself is gorgeous and has everything you could need in a wonderful location. A short walk along the beautiful walking tracks into town and a scenic walk back along the river to your quiet little piece of heaven. The cozy cottage was very clean, well appointed and was a pleasure to stay in. We loved Bright and will definitely be returning soon and we loved staying at Alpine Valley Cottages. I have recommended it as a beautiful place to stay to friends already!

My partner & I stayed at Alpine Valley Cottages in early Mary for 5 nights. We picked absolutely perfect weather & enjoyed all that Bright & the surrounding towns have to offer.

We were lucky to stay during the latter part of the week as the weekend was extremely busy but very lucky for the business owners in Bright.

Our two grandsons stayed on one of the nights on their visit 'down the hill' from Dinner Plain & one thoroughly enjoyed large spa bath!

Most enjoyable stay loved the wood heater something we do not get at Sandy Beach. Excellent game of gold on the Bright course although a few to many long holes. Will definitely bring our e-bikes on the next trip as the rail trail looks great.
Well appointed unit.

Had a lovely 4 nights in the 1 bedroom cottage. Everything was spotless and everything worked. As it was cool we lit the wood heater which made for cosy evenings. Small personal touches were great. Thank you to our hosts. Great roomy cottage, plenty of room to park the car and so close to the rail trail. Walked into Bright each morning for coffee enjoying autumn leaves. Took the Canyon Walk one morning along the river and back on the trail. Plenty to see around Bright and the cottage was so central. Would stay there again anytime.

Beautiful cottage. Loved the spa. Great location. Very quiet. Easy to find. Has everything you need for a few days or much longer.
Only negative was the water pump going on during the night. Abit loud.
